On 15.11.2018. I was playing new slot by Ygg Nitro Circus at Igame, so I got bonus and i couldn't start it, I got two different error messages, tried two different browsers , cleared all cookies ( I play always in incognito mode but nvm i still did it ), went to chat with Olivia (she was very kind) I sent screen shots to support mail, still no answer.
Major problem with Ygg as i said in chat that you cant save bonus like on others providers if you dont play it within some time limit ( i think 1 or 2 hours) you will just lose bonus, as it happend to me.
