Issue submitting PAB

hi Everyone

I am new to Casinomeister and I tried to PAB but I keep get message that my ticket message is over 1000 charcters, how can I submit a complaint with less than 1000 letters ?

If you've read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures you'll know that we do ask you to keep it brief. Most issues can be described in 100 words or less. Trust me, I know this because I've done 5000+ PABs over the past 15 years and the 100 words thing does apply.

The key point is that we don't need your entire casino history in order to get going with a PAB. Is it a non-payment issue? Then say "they owe me X, I've been trying for Y weeks to get it". Is it a self-exclusion issue? Then say "I self excluded on X date and A, B and C casino but they let me play on Y date at Z casino." More is not better because we almost never need all the extra detail.

In the exceptional case that more info is needed we can always ask.

Yes, the letter limit is there for a reason. We don't need people to write a chapter of their life's story. And we make this explicit in the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures :

That said we have heard of people getting random server errors trying to post PABs. Everyone tells us they manage it after a few tries but clearly this is something we need to look into. I'll bring it to the Tech guys attention ASAP.
