Is it normal to require both bank and CC info?

I recently won a substantial amount at Inetbet and now want to process a withdrawal.

I have only ever deposited using an eWallet, but Inetbet support is telling me that I need to fill out every field on their verification (faxback) form, including credit card information and bank account info for wire transfers (account #, iban/swift #, etc).

I found it hard to believe that they really need this information so I sent another email to support today and they confirmed that it needs to be filled out completely..

The reason why I have chosen to use eWallets is because I really don't want to throw around my credit card and banking info all over the internet. Beyond that, I don't even know my banking account number or IBAN/Swift numbers, nor do I know how to get them. Do they really need all of this information? I have filled out faxback forms with other rtg's and they never needed this stuff when depositing by ewallet. Is the only way for me to get this information to walk into my bank, because I don't see it on a bank statement, and don't have online banking set up.

Additionally, the last statement on the form is: "Please accept this as authorization for iNetBet Casino, to draft the above listed Credit Card / Payment Processor and continue such authorization until I notify iNetBet Casino and the bank listed in writing."

What exactly am I authorizing them to do with a credit card I never used at their casino?

I still feel as though this is a mistake by support at inetbet - looking at some other people's posts, it seems as though in the past people didn't need to send this information in.

Well i quess its normal..

Well just closed a chat session of about one hour with a rep of Casino La vida....

And quess what?

Exactly the same issue you are bringing up now. So i think its normal...

I DONT think so and have said that to the casino rep. The only answer i get: Its against FRAUD. So send it, or no money...

I disagree with this argument somewhat, because i think then.... Check everything in front and dont let the customer make an deposit...

Just my two cents...

(and sending the whole shit load of prints, pictures, etc)

I'm not sure if it was ever iNetBet, but whenever I've filled out those forms and didn't use a credit card, I would just put a big X over that part.

I would suggest PMing https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/
she is here probably every day.

What if you don't have a credit card?

Winnington,

It sounds like you are getting confused over how to withdraw. I know if you request a wire transfer, you do need to get your banking info to them.

If you look at the bottom of one of your bank checks, the first group of numbers on the lower left corner is the routing number (iban/swift number), the second group is your bank account account number, the last is your check number of the check you are holding.

Try getting in touch with Inetbet's rep and send him/her a Private Message about your problem.

Go to the I-Gaming Forum Reps page, available on the top of the page under FAQ.

Good Luck on your winnings.

THE banking info is ---> name and adress of bank numbers needed are the routing # and account number any cc card front [cover middle numbers with tape ,tape cover cvv number on back [that much info the world has already seen from normal purchases deposite in a small amount from e wallet if thats how you want to go

also drivers license and a utility bill in your name , we all do it dont fret there up/up

and congrats on your win [dont play it back  promise your self ]

There should be no need for banking and/or credit card information if you're depositing and withdrawing by web-wallet.

I've been sending some fax-back forms lately, and all the information I submitted (in addition to name, address and so on..) was my Neteller ID and Moneybookers e-mail address.

The only reason they should be asking for this kind of info is if you've made a credit card deposit any time in the past, or if your web-wallet of choice don't support withdrawals. Then they'd need your bank account.

According to the actual document it says at the top -

(Please complete, in clear letters, one form for every credit card you have used)

Apparently, if you've never used a credit card, you don't have to fill anything out.

Thanks to everyone for their advice and feedback.

I agree with you 100%, and have had the same experience with other faxback forms. This is why I am surprised by inetbet's request for this information, and why I think they are mistaken. I am 100% sure that I never made a CC deposit there since I have never made a CC deposit at any online casino.

Inetbet's faxback form just has a spot to write down the credit card type, number, and expiry so I can't hide the middle numbers from them.

Thanks for the congrats. Stopped at 3k, tried to withdraw but realized they'd need to process my faxback so played more. Stopped again at 4k and emailed info about faxback. Played up to 6k because I was bored and didn't have access to a printer. Now I'll stop for real. ;)

I specifically asked them if I need to fill out all fields in the faxback form even if I only deposited by ewallets, and the reply was "yes, everything needs to be filled out". I still didn't believe it so a couple days later I emailed again and asked if I need to fill out the banking information for wire transfers even if I only deposited with an ewallet and am withdrawing to an ewallet, and again the answer was that I have to fill everything out.

I took your advice, and sent a message to their forum rep. I still think that their customer support is confused about what actually needs to be filled out. I'll give it to them if it's the only way to get my win, but I'm very uncomfortable about it.

lol, that's true. However, at inetbet you can't even enter a withdrawal without having a faxback form. Maybe I should just send in a blank form?

This was my email to them:

Hello,

Can you please instruct me as to how I should fill out the faxback form if I have only used (and only plan to use in the future) eWallets to deposit? All of the fields to fill out except the address (personal information) appear to be related to credit card deposits or bank transfers. Can I just leave these fields blank?

I believe my question was very clearly stated. This was their response:

You need to fill out all the information about you
In the other processors section please include full ewallet details

It doesn't sound to me like they need credit card and bank info. Fill out your personal details (Name, address and such) and include your ewallet details in the processors section. Sign it and send it. If it's wrong they'll just tell you they want more info... You're waiting for a response anyway. What harm would it be?

I tried to PM to Inetbet rep that Winnington needed specific answers, not generalities. I was quite disappointed to find out their box was full. That is not acceptable for a forum rep, especially if they do not have live chat.

E-mails don't always work and can be slow, but I would suggest that you try to e-mail them, Winnington. Be very specific about your questions, as you did before.

I personally do not think it is any of their business if you have never used credit cards (I am sure they know that, too). And bank info should only be needed if they intend to wire your winnings. Have they told you that is what they wanted to do? If not, it is not their business what you bank info is.

Good luck and keep us posted.

I don't use credit cards to play so whenever I'm filling out docs I just cross that part out or put N/A in that section. I do however add my bank wire info just so that in the future if I win a huge amount and want to withdraw via wire transfer I don't have to fill out another form. It hasn't happened yet, but still.

If I were you I'd just fill out the web wallet info and send it back, but if you need confirmation first and if you're not able to get Emily via PM, try iNetBet Promos, they're usually here every day - they always respond pretty quickly to questions also. Congrats on the win!

I only use Neteller, and all I filled out on the form were my personal details and my Neteller accountnumber.
No bankdetails or creditcardinfo.
They accepted it with no problems.

Just write down the name of the WW (Moneybookers, Neteller etc.) and the accountnumber, thats all they need to know.

Thanks to everyone for their feedback. This is supporting my original thought that I received erroneous information from support.

I'll try just submitting it with my ewallet details, and hope it works.

As Skiny stated, I don't believe they have asked you for banking and/or CC info...just your personal details ie. name, address, phone, DOB..whatever. AND your ewallet details. When they say all information about you, I am sure they are referring to personal info, not banking or CC info.

I specifically asked them if I could leave some information blank because I didn't use a credit card, and their response was that they need all information about me.

Maybe I am taking them too literally (I have that problem sometimes), but to me "all information" means I need to fill out the entire form.

Meh.. I'll find out soon enough.

It would have if they hadn't said all information "about you."

I don't think they would have included "about you" if they simply wanted all information.

iNet isn't exactly known for lengthy email responses. That would be two whole extra words that aren't necessary!

Hi All,
Not sure why there is so much confusion here.
winnington - you need to fill out all your personal information on the form as requested. Also be sure to include details of any/all ewallets you have used to deposit in the processors section.
If you have not used a credit card this information is not required.
Best Regards
