Question Is this normal? Deposit payment receiver is a random website

I've been playing on Golden Reef (Part of Casinorewards program) a loong time. But I've been wondering why in the deposit receipt the payment receiver is always a random website I didn't even know existed. Like last time it was some site that sells toothbrushes. Is it normal for casinos to do this?

same thing with tsars, the deposits go to other websites, dunno why.

If a casino is trying to avoid the unwanted attention of local regulators they have a whole shopping list of tricks they can use, including this. Of course one can't be 100% certain that that's what is going on in this specific case but is sure sounds familiar to me.
