I know I am, and I am sure others are, how big a withdrawal was it? If it was huge, it's still not acceptable to take so long, but the enhanced security checks might be justified.

Kept contacting them and asking for an update. Initially i was pretty lenient, every couple of weeks. By the end I was contacting them at least once per day.
