Is there a rep for Bitcoincasino.io (dama)

I have started playing at Bitcoincasino.io and just realized that after my previous session they have increased the max bet of PlaynGo slots from 10 cent and 20 cents to $1. All other providers have minimum bet at 10 or 20 cents. I am a Degen low roller and this raise in minimum bet is hurting me. The chat tells me that the decision is taken by providers and they cannot do anything. No other dama nv casino has done the same act. Is there a rep from casino here?

Its not a complaint, its just a querry and if there is an explanation for the decision made by them then I will understand. And if they can reduce minimum bet it would be great.
