Soon we will have WMS. Adding a new game provider, especially one with such an offline presence takes a while as there is a lot of paperwork and finding a suitable time for everyone to do the integration is not always easy. I promise that we will have WMS by October this year but I am hoping a lot earlier.

I agree that Guts is awesome and IMO mostly that's down to Ben, I've been a fan since he was at NordicBet and aside from them caring about what players want, it also counts for a lot to have a favorite casino where you can [strike]stalk[/strike] have an actual conversation with the guy in charge. (Even if he constantly forgets to have them remove the stupid apostrophe.)

That's a great selling point for any casino to have an engaging rep here on the forum, like Rebet when Andy was there, BetAt with Igor, and the old days when Enzo was always around to answer questions about 3Dice. Mark from 32Red used to spend a lot more time around the forum, but lately not so much. Players at 32Red can still hit up Pat and Mark and Jonathan through PM, but most of us don't like doing that until we have a problem, so they seem a little more distant these days. Mind you, if everyone is just complaining all the time about the weekend withdrawal change, who can blame them for keeping their heads down?

That being said, all casinos have their good points and bad points and what's a dealbreaker for one player won't mean anything to another. It's ok to have a favorite, but it doesn't mean that people who have a different favorite are wrong - they may just want something different from a casino than you do.

Guts is awesome , but there are some other good options out there aswell. The best with guts are the nearly instant withdrawals, thats what other casinos should have too, but with everyone else the times are just getting longer (ok theres a few others that do really short wd times aswell, but generally longer).

I still think they should concentrate more on the promotions. The op was talking about free spins, they are nice and all, but deposit bonuses are more for my taste. I mean they do have promotions often, but not even 100% match.

Well for starters, and this is purely my own opinion, 32Red has been very good to me over the years in many many ways and im not one to `blow with the wind` and change direction when something comes along that may or may not be better. Like I`ve said Guts is a very strong contender at the moment and has obviously struck a chord with many people, but to me loyalty is something that goes both ways and I wont change my number one casino because something else comes along that may or may not be better. There are many good casinos on the accredited list and we all have our favourites.

Personally I`m not so easily swayed that my loyalty can so easily be transferred because a casino throws a few free spins my way nil wagering requirement or not. People are saying that Guts customer care is astounding and it is but so is 32Reds. People are saying the forum rep is great, and again I`ll agree. He is. So are the 32Red reps. Cashout times are slower at 32Red I will concede, but not so much that it hinders me or poses a problem.

Guts gives out free spins, ok fine, but so does 32Red and usually a lot more than I`ve ever seen guts give at any one time. Yes they have wagering requirement I know, but personally I`ll take 32 free spins with wagering requirement over 5 free spins with none.

32Red offers a lag free, stutter free experience, alas I cannot say the same for Guts, they still havent licked their server lag problems and for me that is a major annoyance. I also dont encounter anywhere near the number of errors and problems when loading games at 32red. Errors frequently pop up at Guts and imo one of their first priorities should be to fix their gaming servers. Yet this is an error that has been apparent for a while now and granted it has improved, but it has not been eliminated.

As a player who enjoys playing with promotions and bonuses, these I receive every day from 32Red. Without fail. Guts are once in a blue moon and rarely ever 100% as someone else has previously stated.

I also know that 32Red is a `safe bet` Their listed on the London Stock exchange, have inordinate amounts of backing and are safe as any online casino could ever be.

32Red may not give out as many free spins as Guts but I do receive free chips and fairly regularly, and sometimes these even come with no wagering requirement.

Bottom line for me though is that Guts while a great casino, does not offer me really anything that 32Red doesnt already give (except reduced cashout times) and even if they did I`ve played at 32Red for a long long time and I`m loyal to them. They have always been great to me, responsive, commited and generous and loyalty should go both ways.

We all play where we want to play, and dont get me wrong, Guts is a fabulous casino and well worthy of the praise they are getting, but many people are talking as if its something special or extra ordinary when to be honest in an ideal world EVERY casino we play at would treat their customers in this way. Its a shame that most dont. Guts is doing, and doing well, only what 32Red has been doing for the last ten years or so.

There is a reason why 32Red is casino of the decade and no newcomer on the block is ever going to detract from that award, no matter how many bright flashes they are currently making.

There's 2 ways of looking at this: You've basically agreed with Tirilej in that your extensive experience has resulted in loyalty to 32red due to consistent and long-term player satisfaction. I agree, but unless we recognize the efforts of other sites too that have started with exactly the same positive ethos that 32red did, the playing field will never be level.
32RED is undoubtedly the best in its genre - i.e. download MG casino.
The problem is, is that the 'decade' is a rolling decade, and unless other sites are recognized, no 'newcomer on the block' CAN take the 32red mantle, even if they eventually deserve it 8 or 9 years hence.
You say Guts offer nothing that 32red doesn't? Aside from cashout times you've mentioned, they have nearly all the 32red games, and about every other one you'd want to play too from other providers. Instant RG settings and excellent promotions, plus the cash free spins wins. Yes, there are a only a few spins given, but in some cases players on here have made substantial cash-outs from them with no hindrance.
And I can't forget how 32red has felt so assured of its position that it can summarily reduce customer facilities by 24-hour pending periods and on top of that removing weekend cash-outs. It's almost arrogant.

Like I said, I can respect your stance, however, in the spirit of the thread and the sake of the argument, can I ask that you elaborate on your reasons so it's a little more productive to the thread? Similar to what Audi has done so well.

You stated they have much more to offer in all areas compared to Guts, yet you haven't stated any facts or examples to back your opinion. As I said, doing so is of great benefit to current and future customers when making the comparisons.

Yeah you have to register with Ukash but you can go to any paypoint and withdraw or certain cash machines (I am just checking on this now)

In particular I'm concerned that the huge good will and reputation thay have built up over 10 years could be affected if 'word of mouth' starts to spend more time grumbling than praising.
I believe if you value a company and want it to succeed you benefit them more by constructive criticism than being blind to things.
