Is R.T.P. a misnomer and are its percentages misleading to customers?

People have short memories tho lol. Even 10 years ago at the time when free spins should occur within 200 spins or so it could be like today.

I remember sessions 10 years ago where i rattled through £100 on 25p stakes and never got the bonus once which probably would be like a 1000 spins or so. But people tend to forget sessions like that as if everything was great way back then.

Take the old LOTR'S slot. one of my favourites of all time. Once lost £150 on that at minimum stake without hitting bonus once. Considering the fact i had quite a lot of base wins the session must have been thousands of spins before busting without a bonus round.

But average amount of spins until free spins is exactly as it says average.

The same slot i also had several back to back bonus rounds . Also triggered free spins 4 times in about 15 spins once. But it is always losing sessions that get remembered more.

But your own personal results only start from second you start using it. It can not tell you about your own previous sessions before you started using it.

I had personal data hacked from the massive breach of the website myheritage.com last year. over 1000000 peoples info was scooped. Next thing you know half the call centres in India where calling the land line night and day on the scam!!! Got to the stage now I never answer the landline and I keep "who called me" open in a tab as soon as I open chrome!! lmao!!!

If my pc can handle it I think I might start using it. But ignorance is sometimes bliss, if I find my rtp is 60% on a slot am I more likely to then chase on the basis of the law of large numbers or an overdue rtp correction, or if it's the other way 120% stop playing a game when it could still be a good game to play...

Everything is tracking us online in one way or another but you can never be too careful I guess.

Unlikely but not impossible. I think that providers should be made to state their claimed feature frequency right beside their rtp on the title screen of the game. I think that would give the player a better understanding of the odds for freespins and what they are getting themselves into and it would cover the provider too.

And I've already explained in detail in this thread why that would be utterly pointless, to which you said "That's nothing I dont already know". So either you ignored everything I said, or you dont actually understand anything I said.

RTP is not a personal guarantee from the casino, or provider. Alas some people believe it is and therefore fail to understand the concept of 'gambling'.

'A drought to compensate'? Nothing of the sort - it's simply the maths/odds in play whereby you were lucky enough to hit a winning run which is odds-against, and to do that twice on the bounce is stretching the odds therefore is far more unlikely.
