I know it makes no sense, and it may be a delay tactic but it is their rules so we have to abide. As far as the hit on 19 is concerned I am just wondering if the log would show that you hit stand or if it would say that you hit? I suggest keep e-mailing them every day that you do not get a response. I just kept bugging Nostalgia Casino until they got to the bottom of it when I had a problem with them. If you are persistent they will realise you are not BS'ing them and will most likely help you out. Like I said before they are very good at answering and are friendly so you should not have a big problem, but this is just my experience.
