Is EcoCard an option???

I need to know what payment option name means, ( under Add bank account payment option)

I know, but the top line in that information has a required red star and the line reads Payment option name. , under that is says beneficiary name etc, I know all that .
I just wrote in bank account? I hope it dont mess up my wire. Mabey its supposed to be my name?

ok....i think that is just a name you choose to identify that account.

i wouldn't use your bank account number though it probably won't matter if you do.

they have that so if you have multiple bank accounts or payment options, you know which one to select. i just used the first couple letters of my bank for this.
 
Im ready to scream

I am STILL waiting for my money from a March 15th WD!!!! Its not Eco, its the damn Dansk Bank it goes through first. I have 4 w/d's sitting in my Eco account. Im holding off on anymore w/d's from eco until I get this 2nd one

The first one went through fine but the 2nd one came back rejected. They are investigating it.This is a real PITA
 
Babs...could you please explain something to me? Why do they give us a choice of banks and countries? Does it make a difference which one we choose? Is it complicated to do this? Thanks and I hope you receive your money soon.
 
SO ARE THINGS GOING ASTRAY WITH ECO CARD?

I was just going to do my first withdrawal to eco card. But..... now I don't know. Click2pay stinks but maybe they all do right now.

I am alittle worried to transfer anything else until the 3 checks I deposited from German citibank account clear. Several debit card transactions are from an international location, German checks, may start raising the red flag. My account is a "bunch of foriegn transactions". Looks bad to me, wonder what my bank is thinking?

Probably best to wait until the checks and international visa transactions clear.

I will be glad when all my pending transactions clear and this is over for me. It is getting pretty "hairy"
 
Does anyone have an EcoCard contact? I need to reach them about an urgent issue, and they have not replied to emails or phone messages (seem to only have an answering machine).

FootDr - don't know if this helps, but I too just deposited one of those "German CitiBank" checks from a Big Dollar withdrawal. My bank routinely calls to verify funds on checks over $2K, and they did call...they apparently were told the funds were good and verified the check because my bank gave me instant credit for the deposit....please let me know when your checks clear....also, you might be interested in the following email from Big Dollar regarding this issue:

maybe I am just lucky, but I have had no problems receiving withdrawels into my bank from ecocard. I just had 980.00 deposited into my bank account, total time took 8 business days, which is what they state in their faq section. All told I have had 8 deposits from them, the longest being 10 business days.

Im still waiting for my 3/29/07 w/d request!!! I am getting very aggravted and will now only gamble at places that do wire transfers right from the casino.

I keep emailing eco and they give me a bunch of hooey about Dansk. Its not eco, it's the dansk bank that is taking so long.
 
babs, I just got another wire transfer to my account today, I am sure you will get your money soon!!

I am so pi##ed off right now. I got an email from Eco (after sending them 5 emails and getting "be patient responses") They are now telling me that Fortis bank said they cant wire me my money because the acct info doesnt match!!! How the He&& did I get the first one then? And why did they just keep my money for so long and not send it back to Eco? This is a shady bank if you ask me!

They are putting the money back in my Eco account this week after over 3 weeks of emailing them and telling them something wasnt right. Now Im stuck gambling all of my winnings in a casino that does WU or ACH or by mail because my wire transfers are not working.

If I didnt keep harping them, they would of never investigated. I asked for this w/d on March 29th. It is now April 18th!!!!

What really gets me upset is now I cant gamble at Club World anymore and that is my favorite casino. Until they have another option for a US player, I gotta find another one now.

Babs- , be patient. Yea I know I sound like the CS you are fed up with, but I think they're sincere. There is a problem with your w/d. My w/d is somewhere in the outer solar system and still twirling in space. It will get here sooner or later. Its a CM accredited Casino , lol! . We're in the U.S; we're screwed by our Government. Expect anything ... but most of all we have to be patient now. Of course email them to let them know how you feel. Don't get nasty, they have a lot of problems getting our money to us right now.

My sympathies ... hang on .....
