True. I guess my point is that, whilst it sucks and has happened to all of us, it is totally normal and part of being a slot player. If it happened constantly, then, unless it was a super high variance slot, I would be wondering where the hell they were too.

Hey Annie, I told Dino your issue and he asked if you could send them the next or recent email you have. Then he can track down the affiliate sending you these emails and have you removed because he doesnt understand why its not already

We always take very strict actions towards those affiliates that spam people and you can rest assured that I will investigate on this.
My guess is that, since anniemac is located in the US, that it is an affiliate who use to deal with the american market and probably has her details since- or- before 2006 when the american market was closed.

This narrows the search but does not resolve the problem. It would be of great help if anniemac could send me the recent email she received so that I can probably try and trace the affiliate through the tracking code that is normally inserted in emails

Just want to say these guys continue to impress. I explained to them how difficult it is for me deposit via moneybookers and thats the only way I can withdraw. The reason why its hard to deposit is they want me to confirm my account for the 80th time. Ive had this account for 7years and they always ask me to verify it. They deposit an amount to my credit card bill and I verify it. Which takes 30 days for my bill and when I get it, its in euro's but I have to verify it in is USD. what's up with these guys? i made a withdrawal request on Sunday 16th, today is 8th business days and still not approved.

i can understand my first withdrawal at a new casino taking a bit longer than usual, but why is the second one going to take 9 business (216 hours) days to get approved, or maybe not even tomorrow. good god, is anyone else going through this? does it happen with every withdrawal?

I''m using neteller , a methode similar to Skrill . I have made 2 cashouts in the past . it always took 8 to 9 days to get paid . They state that cashouts would be processed within 4 business days ,b ut they are always late . I have made a 3rd withdrawal 5 days ago , and still not been approved . My Vip status has even been upgraded recently . How come they treat you so specially . When i made a cashout , it has been always in pending mode for 4 days .

After taking advantage of that free $10 coupon every Thursday, I decided to make a deposit. Since I am more of a Blackjack player, when I read about the "200% non-withdrawable bonus without any wager requirements" I decided to give it a go.

First time, I deposited 25E, got 50 more, but busted.
Second time, I deposited 50 E and got 100 More. When I reached 250 , I withdrew the whole amount (150 Euros, that is - as the 100 more was the original bonus). Since it was my first withdrawal, they asked me to provide me with some ID documents etc., which I did.

They normal pay within 1-2 days. To Moneybookers that is. But standard for bank transfers is 3-5 days. So do not understand your frustration. Have you though about emailing / contacting Dino about your withdrawal??

EDIT. Sorry my calculation is not really good tonight I can see that is lot longer wait than 3-5 days.
