A place where the Instant means Instant." And I also had read some positive reviews.
So I deposited via bitcoin, and won a couple hundred bucks so I requested an "instant" withdrawal via bitcoin. Well, since no bitcoin was showing wallet hours later I called the number, spoke to a rep who told me I had to verify myself. I sent my Driver's License, first-page of CC Statement and first-page of my mobile phone bill.
I thought this was a lot of info to send for a player only using bitcoin, but I emailed it. That was 12 hours ago, I got no confirmation email that Casino Extreme received this information so I just got on live chat to ask. The rep gave vague answers to what was going on, so I am a tad nervous now that CE is not legit.
Would love to hear any feedback regarding Casino Extreme and whether this verification for bitcoin was normal please??
