is a mail from a casinomanager binding ?

If they can't afford that size payout, they really have no business running a casino! We're not talking 6 figures here.

If they cannot afford to pay the guy at least make an instalment plan, not try to screw him out of what he is due.

For god's sake, why on earth do you want to agree only 15'000? The manager was so stupid not to accept your offer, he will loose much more business if he didn't settle it quickly.
You have the right to ask the full amount (32k), don't settle for less. It might take some time but it can be done.
The longest time I've been getting a payout is 3 months. Which one do you prefer If you can get 37k after 3 months, or get only 15k now?
Hang in there. Casno meister is helping and you have a good chance to get your money.
I'll bump this thread to other forums so others will know what a scumbag this group is. I hope we can add more presure to them and make them do the right thing.

this is a small detail but to recive the full amount will take 7 months, but thats my least problems !
5000 installments every month & after 6 month im not a new member anymore and therefore payoutlimit are increased to 10k a month..

then what can i do when nothing makes them pay full amount(37k)..?
Wait for Casinomeister and others finding the time to look into it. Casinomeister currently has his hands full of pirates and crooked RTG-casinos.

I'm not usually driven to cussing and ranting, but this guy Fisher is a despicable chiseller who should not be allowed to even attempt to do this to a player. If the player stands his ground this could well become another major dishonesty issue with players all over the internet and the media getting involved.

That is not good for business, but trying to pull a stunt like this is disgraceful and will have a very adverse effect on this group as the word spreads.

If Fisher is not the owner perhaps the owner should intervene before this clown runs the group into the ground.

There is just too damn much of this flagrant bad conduct to be tolerated.

Hi everybody!
I have now spoken to Max Fisher again and we have now agreed on a settlement wich will leave this case concluded.

i belive that both parts will be feeling satisfied with the outcome of this matter!

i want to thank especialy you bryan, for every help you have given me!,and every forum user who has taken their time to support me with dealing withs this matter..

Yours sincerely / Jimmy

Good for you Jimmy, glad to hear it was settled to your satisfaction. Spend it wisely now, no gambling spree! ;-)

Jimmy, I am very happy for you in achieving this settlement, although I deplore the casino manager's efforts to bargain you down on the payout. Not very ethical, but the main thing is you are satisfied.

Keep posting on this until you have the cash in your bank account - it is not unknown in this industry for low-lifes to renege on settlement agreements.

In the meantime this casino gets a Caution!
