Did £20 cash depo got extra £40 in bonus funds with £3000 wagering, I managed to clear it and had a balance of around £310 then a pop up came and said next spin is using real cash at this point I went to cashier to withdraw only to see a balance of £140, I have no idea where the other £170 or so went there was no max cash out tied to this offer. I have emailed them but thought id ask on here if anyone ever used them or had anything simlar happen. I looked in history but it only show this morning as it can take up to 24 hours for recent transactions to show.

I phoned them up and they said that only £140 was real cash and the other £170 was "games bonus" so was forfited when completed the wagering, I am so confused. Ive never had anything like that before, Anyone make any sense of that ?

I thought GB wins cap: £100 + initial bonus was to do with the FS winnings not the bonus as it said No win cap, If that is right and there is a cap of £100 after wagering £3000 Thats disgusting, And why only GB max £100, I wish I had seen that before cause I wouldnt of botherd,

Never played there before . I only checked to see . It is not actually in terms it is on the home page right under the Join Now button.

Can not say if it has always been there and like you said can not see it mentioned in actual bonus terms page.
