An affiliate of iPlayBingo.com came to us with an issue where they were being told they had to deposit money in order to withdraw the affiliate referral fees they had earned. All attempts to get CS on the issue met the same response: "talk to the network manager." But the network manager was never available, never returned email, never showed up on live chat while the aff was asked to wait for them.
