intragame casino

I don't have any experience with this casino.
They are a NetEnt casino which is a very good thing as I have only ever heard of one NetEnt casino which had complaints against it and that was Stryyke casino which has closed down.

I had a look at the terms and conditions of the bonus and it takes up to 24 hours to get the bonus.

Also I don't really understand the 2x deposit wagering on part 9 of the terms and conditions. Maybe you can cashout your cash balance only if you want after 2x deposit wagering, could only guess, Let me know if you contact support.

"9.There is a 35x wagering requirement in order to be able to withdraw the bonus, initial deposit must fulfill 2x wagering requirement."

I had a look at their site yesterday after getting approached to promote them.

Obviously the English version of the site has been translated from another language, but in my opinion it has been done very badly and does not instill any confidence in their operation.
In fact, the whole website is a bit "basic looking".
I'm not going to risk having anything to do with them (as a player or affiliate) until they've been around a bit longer and improved their site.

And I agree with LOOKAWAY - I was confused by their bonus terms too!

Yo :)

They have a promotion link to playotto.com on their site. Playotto is owned by the big and well known swedish company "Cherryföretagen" (Betsson etc). If Intragame is owned by, or are partners with "Cherryföretagen", then they are OK. If they are not linked, then a bit unusual to promote as an affiliate to a lotto site from their own casino.

Anyway, I agree. Their site looks simple.

They offer some languages including polish and romanian. This would indicate that they are targeting Eastern Euorpe. As KK said, bad english translation.

There are many great NetEnt casinos sites. I would choose another one. This does not mean that Intragame is "bad" or anything.

That's right, mainly Poland, but as I see they wanna targeted other markets too.
I'm playin there, and there is a few things to improve like more withdrawal options(only to bank account now), faster payout process, better site and support, licence. Of course they always pays(I have made a few withdrawals), I haven't heard about anyone not being paid. I know that there are working to improve that things and hope that they do this in near future.

Some pluses:

- good bonus offer, you could withdraw your cash balance(including deposit) at any time after rollover your deposit x2, bonus stays and you could still play

- daily tournaments with small buy-ins 0.10-2 euro - good offer for low rollers who like netent slots and wanna have some entertaiment for small money. From time to time they have also bigger tournaments with bigger prize pool.

Sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

Thanks for that information

By the way, you should be more active in this forum. Many people here who don`t have english as first language (like me) and you write english very well :)

No problem, I hope information will be useful.

I will think about your adivce, but I know that I need to improve my english :)

Don`t worry, people here don`t care about grammar/spelling errors. Those who do will be taunted :p

I can really understand why a casino would target Poland as a market. They have a very fast growing economy, the potential for a decent casino must be good.

How about government regulation in Poland when it comes to gambling? Are you allowed to gamble without major interferences ?

I have been in Poland a couple of times, Warsaw and Kraków. I especially enjoyed Kraków

Yes, I agree that polish market have potential, but there is also many multiaccounters and other "fraudsters" in effect many casinos excluded Poland from promotions or even from playing, but I hope it will change someday.

For now I could play without any larger problems, but government still working at some regulations and want to completly ban online gambling in Poland. We will see how it ends.

Kraków beautiful city indeed.

Yes, thats true. Polish players are bonus banned/ banned from playing at some casinos. But casinos like Betsson, who also uses NetEnt do accept polish players to my aknowledge. They have polish language on their site, and are accepting for example Przelewy24 (which I think is a Polish payment method). Don`t know if they offer a welcome bonuse to Polish players, but my guess would be that they do offer bonuses to loyal players regardless of nationality (loyalty bonuses).

Let`s hope the government fails to ban online gambling :)

You have right, Betsson accept polish players and offer all bonuses without any discrimination, many NetEnt casinos do, probably NetEnt is most pupular software provider in Poland like in Scandinavia.

If I well remember(correct me if I'm wrong) in Norway there is also posibiliity to ban online gambling, so I hope both governments fails. :)

You're absolutely right. The proposal in Norway is to block gambling sites with IP filter . Yes, lets hope they will fail.

I'm glad to hear that!

I'm going there for a week in June for my nephews wedding - he's marrying a Polish girl, obviously!
Really looking forward to it as I've never been to Poland before, even though our place in Czech is only about 40Km from the border.

Well these guys sometimes pay, sometimes don't...

Deffo not a rocksolid operation.

And if you're thinking about promoting them -> they have a negative carryover, so if one of your players hits jackpot, you'll be screwed for months

Any proof they don't pay?

Ask someone that knows Polish to read you any of the posts there.
And this is just tip of the iceberg (posts get deleted and users banned daily there).

Even if you don't know Polish, locked threads with more than 20 pages can tell you something.

"Wyplaty" means withdrawal ;)

By the way, I know that a casino like for example Bet365 requires Polish players to wager their bonus+deposit 200 times.

Deposit $100 + $100 bonus = WR $40 000

It is really bad that casinos like Bet365 actually offer these kind of bonuses to Polish players.

If they really believe that everyone from Poland are scammers, then they should stop offering bonuses to Polish players.

Bad practice.

(Off-topic, but the OP has gotten replies regarding his question)

I know this casino - Intragame
I deposited many times and I get payout few times from them without problem
They have great tournaments.

I'm playing at Intragame Casino, and they always paid. You can withdrawal money only to bank account, but it will change in the future.
They have huge bonus - 200 %, other netent casinos ~ 100 %.
Sorry for my poor English :(
