Non-Bonus Complaint Trying to get resolution with Intertops

Hi All,
I'm new here, after looking around on the internet to find a way to get a resolution to my problem with Intertops casino.

I have won there once before,(580.00) and been paid. All my faxback papers are there, and They say they've sent my wire. The wire never made it to my bank. Mind, it is only for 230.00US. So it's not alot but it's still a win. I Had been depositing small amounts over the last few months, with no wins and finally got a small win, and cashed out on June 15th. They say they sent the withdrawal, on the 16th. Now, since June 30th I have been emailing every day, but now, they are not responding, or they send me the canned response of "we're working on it." I have saved every email they sent me and every one I sent them. I am getting frustrated :mad:, and I would like some direction as to what I should do now? It's been almost a month. Any input would be appreciated.
 
Totally agree with what Jasminebed said.

In addition to that, read up on the Pitch A Bitch option here. Might need it. Or PM MaxD here and let him know what is going on. If you think you might want to PAB, don't post anymore in this thread.

Hi, thought I'd offer my usual spiel regarding PABs, just so you know:

If you want to file a formal complaint here at Casinomeister check out our Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') service.

In a nutshell you file your Pitch-A-Bitch by completing the PAB form, I receive that, pre-screen it and then submit it to the casino people. The idea is that we're seeking a resolution to your complaint or a good reason why it cannot be resolved satisfactorily. The service is free of charge and is available to all Casinomeister members in good standing.

If you decide you do want to use the Pitch-A-Bitch service you are STRONGLY advised to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in full.

Why? Because you have responsibilities in the PAB process too -- both in filing your PAB and while the PAB process is ongoing -- and a successful PAB depends as much on you and your cooperation with our procedures as it does with the casino.

Thanks so much for the Help!! I Pm'ed the rep as you said but I didn't get a response. So I will wait a few more days...Maybe I'll find out something by then. I emailed again. and "they are still working on it." :eek:

According to our bank it is very likely that your bank has received the funds. However, we have been trying to contact you in order for you to ask your bank to trace the funds from your end.

I spoke with intertops by phone this morning. Although they couldn't find the wire transfer, they are going to pay me this afternoon. So it all ended up working out okay. Thanks for the help! :thumbsup:
 
dont worry -they r first class

hkmckinn if u reside in a country u can use ewallets , just open one

and withdrawal to the ewallet . you make time like that . if thats not the case try double check the iban swift etc , this casino is like a bank trustee
i my self consider them first class with ladbrokes , 32 plc , etc ,no need to consider pob :thumbsup:
