They said they want to proof address.
I sent utility bill, Japanese License, Passport.

Here is there comment in E-mail:

We have received your email with attachment of Proof of Address. We were unable to complete the process as the proof of address submitted would need to be one in English.

Well, it's plain silly as a Japanese player would have all their formal and official bills and documentation in Japanese. It's like a casino asking a UK player to send their utility bill and drivers license in French. The only way it can be done is to submit a translated document, but then how the hell can the casino verify that the translation is authentic unless they can refer back to the original and confirm that the translation is legitimate.

It may be possible to get a bill in English by buying something from a company like Amazon.com, who would send an invoice in English, but this would not be an official proof of address.

Intertops shouldn't be accepting players from countries they are unable to perform verification for.

I am sure this issue has cropped up before.

The next steps are to contact the forum rep, and if this gets you nowhere, PAB.

Unfortunately he wasn`t active for more than one year:D

You are from Japan and you were able to play with them. Now they will not pay you because you are from Japan (different characters), I have to LOL.

Maybe you have to go to your local office asking for a official stamp on a translated utility bill.

The official stamp will be in Japanese, so they would probably ask for a version of the stamp in English.

If the amount of the WD justifies it, the OP could hire a certified translator.

If the value of doing business in a country that does not speak English is worth while the company can hire the translator.

Thank you very much for everyone replying very helpful comments.
By the way, I've got another E-mail again after I sent International driver License :

    ------------------------
We have received your email with the Proof of Address. Before we are able to complete the verification process we ask that you submit a picture of you holding your Photo Identification to your face. Please ensure that the details of your Photo Identification are visible in the picture.
    ------------------------

It looks that they proof of my address, so next step is to take a picture like offenders holding ID....
Anyway, I will do so again.
If it is comming I can do nothing, then I will contact forum rep.

An improvement, but it's still going to be in Japanese, so what is there to gain from the casino's point of view.

It's certainly off putting for anyone who does not get official letters and documents in English, which must be a large chunk of the world.

Perhaps the problem is that RTG started out as a US facing software in the days when 90%+ of players were from the US, and relatively few from elsewhere. English is of course the language of the US and much of Canada, so maybe the matter of other languages has not been fully taken into consideration. They may now be able to cope with most European languages, but languages like Chinese and Japanese are completely different, being based on pictograms, rather than an alphabet that spells out words.
