Thanks. I PM'd that rep yesterday, but haven't heard back yet. Was just curious about tracking a withrdrawal. It doesn't look like a lot of people on Casinomeister play there. I've been using them over the years because they have a sportsbook, but it's been years since I requested a withdrawal. I posted this in another thread, but this is what I've found out so far about withdrawing from Intertops:

-They say the fastest method is the Cardpay option.
-They wait 4 business days to process any type of withdrawal request (money stays in your account).
-You won't receive any notification that the request was received, or be able to track the status of your withdrawal, without contacting them.
-So you if you make a withdrawal on a Friday, they won't "process" it until the following Thursday. And then you have to wait for however long the method you chose takes.
-Based on what their chat tells me, with the CardPay option, if you make a withdrawal on a Friday, the earliest you might receive is 2 Monday's later (so, at the very least 10 days).

Hope this is helpful to some people. I know personally, it helps to know what to expect when making withdrawals.

*One thing that scares me that I just though of: Chat told me after the withdrawal is processed, it will take 48 "business hours" for the Cardpay transaction to be completed. They define business hours as 8-5pm EST I believe. I hope that doesn't mean 5.5 additional days (9 "business" hours a day). I'll post results here (hopefully next week sometime).

I heard back from the Intertops rep on Wednesday. This is Intertops' withdrawal process:

"Request submitted on Mondays are processed on Thursdays.
Request submitted on Tuesdays are processed on Fridays.
Request submitted on Wednesdays are processed on Mondays.
Request submitted on Thursdays are processed on Tuesdays.
Request submitted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Wednesdays.

No processing of payouts on the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays).
There is a 48hrs pending period (business days only) after the pending period withdrawal are processed within 24-48hrs."

Still waiting on mine from last Friday. I'll update when I get it.

Kinda disappointed in Intertops at this point. They said my withdrawal was processed on Wednesday, so I should receive it in 48 hrs.

Still not here 3 days later. Chat says to take it up with my card issuer......

When I did Cardpay at All Star Slots it was processed on Thursday and received on Sunday (even though Monday was a bank holiday)

I guess if its not in my bank tomorrow, all I can do is "officially" worry....

I'm going to keep live blogging this. Hopefully this is helpful info for some people.

Today, the Intertops rep changed the expected waiting time after processing a Cardpay withdrawal to 5-7 days. This is after telling me 48 hours 4 days ago.

I can provide the emails if they choose to argue.

They say this is their fastest method of withdrawal.

At this point, I have to assume 5-7 days means at least 7-10. That would bring their fastest withdrawal time up to at least 2 and a half weeks.

I'll keep updating so there is an accurate account on record.

So today, Intertops changed their website to say 3-7 days for Cardpay withdrawals, instead of the 48 hours they were previously advertising. I'm on day 12.

They emailed me yesterday to tell me my withdrawal was processed and the funds were sent to a Visa card last Wednesday. The only problem is, my card is a Mastercard....I'm hoping this is just more sub-par support, but I'm really starting to worry about this. For some reason, their support is only available 8-5 EST, so I have to keep waiting to find out what the deal is. I can't imagine a withdrawal going worse than this.

    Chat transcript

Christian: How may I assist you?

you: Your VIP support told me they processed my withdrawal to a VISA card ending in 0730 on Wednesday 10/29....That card is a Mastercard, not a Visa. I need some proof that the withdrawal was processed please. It's been 12 days since I requested it.

Christian: sorry but I have to forward your case to our payment team who will give you an update via e-mail as soon as possible

Situation goes from bad to worse....

On the brink of losing it now....I asked Intertops to call me to clear up why they said they sent my withdrawal to a VISA instead of my Mastercard. An hour or so later, a UK rep called me. I was hoping the response would be "Oh, the VIP support rep mis-typed. We sent it to your Mastercard ending in 0730...not a Visa." That was not the response I got. I'll try to make this clear:

Intertops rep (after intros): "Well, as you know (?) we were using a new withdrawal service called Cardpay, and there was a glitch in the system that caused your money to be sent to the wrong card. We have been waiting for a reversal of funds to get the money back, so we can send a new withdrawal to the appropriate card, but it doesn't look like we have gotten our money back yet, so we have to keep waiting. You see, some people have multiple cards that they deposit with..." She went on to say that "You're saying you do not have a card that ends in 0730?" I stopped her.

Me: "I do have a card that ends in 0730. It's a Mastercard. Not a Visa as your rep said the money was sent to. All I wanted to do was confirm where you sent my money. I was hoping the rep who emailed me made a mistake."

Intertops rep:"Oh, yes, that's probably what happened. The rep made a mistake."......"Have you checked your card to see if you received the money? (?!??!)"

Me: "Have you reversed my withdrawal now?!"

Intertops rep (starting to panic): "Oh---I'll have to check the system....you see, I'm just taking this over for someone else....I'll have to get back to you."

    Me:..............................!!!!!!

Regardless of the fact that their planned response was just to call and lie to me, now I have to worry that they've simply reversed my withdrawal without looking into my question or contacting me first to confirm?!?!

I'm at a loss for words at this point. Will continue to update....

Forgot to add. A different rep called me about 20 minutes later (probably in reference to the chat). She had no record of the first person calling me. Seemed shocked that someone else had called. She tells me they did process the withdrawal to my Mastercard (not someone else's Visa). I don't have any proof of that---just her word. She told me to contact them again if I don't have my money by Friday.

So that will be officially 2 weeks from request and a week and a half from "processing" (plus however much longer, after it doesn't show up this Friday)...

If it make you feel any better I have withdrawn from Intertops several times and they have always paid me.
I use wire transfer and I found them to be very slow to process but it does get there eventually. The 48 hour pending thing is really annoying and I don't play there much because of the slow payments.
I have a low tolerance for this kind of BS especially when there are places that pay so much faster.

Thanks. I know this thread looks crazy with all these posts, but I've searched the web as much as I could and there's nothing on this, so hopefully some people can find this helpful at some point in the future.

I'm a little worried about what happens next after my money doesn't come this week, but I'll keep an accurate record in this thread, so people can reference it going forward. If nothing less, this makes me more appreciative of the support that groups like Club World provide. It will be satisfying to close my decade+ old account with Intertops once this is over with.

So Intertops says they don't know where my money is, and tomorrow we get to start an "immediate investigation".....the saga continues.

LOL, So they mess up and you have to pay :what:

You shouldn't have to wait until THEY have gotten the money back from the processor, they should just send you the money to the correct card, it's not your problem that they messed up.

If the rep can't help you then i would advise you to PAB seeing as Intertops is accredited.

Yeah, it sounded pretty silly when she was saying it. The thing about that call, though, is that it was just a lie. It's difficult to explain succinctly, but they replied to an email I sent to tell me my withdrawal was processed to a Visa ending in XXXX. I emailed back to say, "you mean Mastercard right?". Instead of saying, "yes, that's what we meant." They called me with that story. 20 minutes later, a completely different rep (who had no knowledge of the previous call), called me and said the emailer had just made a typo, and the withdrawal was "processed" to my Mastercard.

Anyway, tomorrow is day 14 of the "Cardpay" withdrawal process. They say they won't look into the whereabouts of my withdrawal until after tomorrow, which means Monday. That's when the "immediate investigation" begins.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I was right. They just emailed me to tell me they never processed my withdrawal from 2 Friday's ago. This is why they refused to show me any proof, although I repeatedly requested. Beyond words.
