Intertops... I want feedback!

Hi,

I am seriously frustrated with Intertops casino. It has recently come to my attention that quite a few people are getting Valentines freebies.

I am a very regular depositor and did not get one. (Well over $2000.00 since April, 2011) I usually don't care, but, in another forum I belong to, one member states they have only deposited there once and has recieved muliple freebies. Including the Valentines bonus.

I think I have recieved one $10.00 "we noticed you account seems to be running low" bonus. Yeah, wager that 60 times and cash out $50.00?? Any other freebies I have recieved, I have had to ask for. I have done this on 3 occasions. Last time being in November, if I recall correctly. It was for $20.00.

I wrote to Intertops last night, asking about the Valentines bonus. This morning I get a response "We are unable to give you a bonus at this time" That's what they tell me!

I have never, ever had a cashout from Intertops in case you are wondering.

Do any of you get treated this way also??

Any comments?

I am sorry weepie (sorry couldnt resist) It is entirely at the discretion of the casino to give freebies and besides we dont really know your play at the casino. $2000 since April 2011? That amounts to around $250 per month and not a huge amount by most standards. You might have also claimed too many deposit bonuses so it is not fair to compare your case with that of a fellow player. I also deposit occasionally at Intertops and quite often get 'we notice your balance is getting low, so her's $10/20' message. Quite generous imho. I didnt even know they had a Valentine bonus and dont intend to ask them for it. Just swpend the day with your loved one instead of fretting over it.By plastering it over this forum you are virtually trying to ram your request down their throats. I would suggest Intertops not to cave in to your demands even if they happen to notice this thread.

I got the 20 dollar valentines bonus from intertops. I prolly dropped about 600 without claiming bonuses over the last 2 months. I used the free chip though I don't think I will ever deposit there again seeing how I never even won anything over 25 bux on 1-2 dollar bets on that 600 I burned.

Gonna agree with Chu on this one.

Sending out freebies is at the discretion of the casinos. Just because you deposit at a casino doesn't mean they have to give you a free chip. The one casino that I deposit at regularly (really, really regularly) I don't get freebies from except on special occasions.

It is what it is. Some casinos toss out freebies like confetti and some don't. Best thing you could have done was contact Intertops promotions privately and discuss the matter with them, not publically here.

Really??? You think I am trying to RAM it down their throats??? It is not a demand! But, I do expect them to be fair! I HAVE NEVER USED A DEPOSIT BONUS THERE EITHER! You may want to ask a few questions if you need to before getting so judgmental!

AND, if every player that deposited $250 a month decided to quit playing there because they felt the way I do......

I know it feels like you had been forgotten, but we don't know why casinos give to some but not others.

I also saw your posts about the same thing in another forum. Were their replays not good enough?

You wanted feedback and I gave you just that. You are complaining about treatment you received. If you dont like it you can always run for the hills or play elsewhere. As a consumer you have the choice. I said you might have taken too many deposit bonuses as this is usually a prime reason for refusal of free chips. Shouting (caps lock)isnt really on when you want honest feedback. Good night.

Of course, I am not going to get any positive feedback from them. This casino is one of their bigger affiliates. So, I can't very well say anything bad, now can I?

But, one thing is correct......... I have been an on line gambler for 13 years and I know which sites treat me well and which ones don't. I like the set-up of Intertops because I play poker and casinos. One account for both works very well. But, for me, that is the only thing they have going for them as far as my account is concerned......

No you are not alone. We have all felt that way, probably several times.
The difference is that we don't complain out here the way you did.

Maybe you can send the Rep here a pm and ask him/her to review your account, but posting about it isn't looking good, and it's no good for the casino either.

I havn't posted in the other forum for over a year but I still read it:)

With that, DON'T give them any more of your money. Maybe you can get comfortable with another place that treats you better even if it doesn't have the same set up, but still offers poker and casinos.

I think $200 is a good amount of money to deposit a month, especially when you get nothing in return(and for 10 months):eek:, it then becomes too much to deposit at any one casino.

I feel your pain. But at the end of the day, it is not the end of the world. And it is your choice whether to continue to donate money to intertops or not.

If you feel that the casino is slighting you because they didn't give you a Valentine's bonus (which it isn't even Valentine's Day yet...), I, personally, think this is kind of a silly reason to complain. I'm not belittling your frustrations, it's just that there is so much more that could be wrong.

They are one of the few RTG casinos who DO pay in a timely manner (at least from what I understand from those who are able to withdraw). There are VERY few complaints ever lodged about them. They are known to NOT offer BIG bonuses. I'm sure there are other sportsbooks out there that would be suitable to your needs other than Intertops, if you continue to find them so lacking. You can do much worse playing at other RTG casinos (just browse some of the threads in the Online casino section...), where you have to wait weeks for payouts, wait days for emails to be answered, wait days for reps to answer PMs, etc...

You asked for feedback, don't attack the members here when you don't like the answers you receive. It's rude and uncalled for, if you didn't really want the "help", you shouldn't have asked...

Feedback does not have to come in the form of judgement!

For me when someone assumes something about me or judges me, especially when they don't know me or all the facts. I may get a little, no alot defensive too. But then again, I ignore/will ignore the uncalled for judgmental comments made against me because no one here is a part of my life or happiness. And at the end of the day I will sleep just fine, infact with the angels ;)

Ahhh, yes I DID read ALL of your comments. My comprehension is quite good, at least today it is. You have deposited around $2000 since last April, using little to no bonuses. Have not withdrawn from the casino, have had very few "gifts" from the casino since you became a member. You play at Intertops because you like the sportsbook/casino setup. You've played online for about 13 years. Other people have received a Valentine's Day bonus, but you haven't. You went to CSR and asked why you didn't receive a Valentine's day bonus and they told you "you weren't eligible for a bonus". Did I leave anything out, or should I go back and reread the thread?

Hmmm, snarky (first time I've ever had one of my posts called that)

Believe me, when I'm able to sleep (my 20 to 30 minutes a day) I sleep just fine too:thumbsup:

Well Annie, I am of the south too and I will try to help this weesie understand that one is not ENTITLED to anything when it comes to casino offers. To have that mentality, I can see one go off hearing how others are being treated and not oneself. The lure of the "free chip" is just that. A lure to have one deposit more if one hasn't deposited lately (JMO). So, be grateful you weren't offered one instead being angry.

It is what it is, and speaking out in a forum negatively, will only make you look even worse in the casino owners eyes. Then where you gonna be I ask?? :D You will get nada, zilch, nuttin in the long run for being so demanding and ungrateful for what they have offered you in the past, expecting more than is your value in their standards (again JMO of the way they (the casino) work)

One is owed NOTHING...One should expect NOTHING. If one is given ANYTHING, be grateful and send a thank you. (I always do and get many more)...I am rambling and I feel like I am on a soap box!!! Slipping off of it now..

Caveat: if I have said anything to hurt anyones feelings, I am apologizing in advance. It is meant to give more understanding of (JMO) of the inner workings of a casino.

There IS no excuse for the way you have treated some really genuine members who took the time to give you what you (very rudely) demanded I.e. feedback. If you only want people who agree with you to post, then start a blog.

The only valid response is "sorry'.
