Forget 'company policy', documentation, verification blah blah blah... The reality is, ANY casino that can take your funds by Neteller, Moneybookers or Debit/Credit card can TECHNICALLY pay you back IMMEDIATELY YOU HIT THE WITHDRAW BUTTON. Literally, there are no technical restrictions to stop this happening - regardless of what some outfits claim to muddy the waters. Some of the Wagerworks casino's are still automated this way. Cryptologic now have a (short) waiting time but its quick enough.

Even giving casino's a bit of time to 'verify' or 'approve' your withdrawal, there is no excuse ever under any circumstances to accept more than 24 hours - 48 on the outside if you're being generous. If that's not happening, they are understaffed or trying it on.

I'm sick of lame excuses to boost casino cash flow and encourage reverse withdrawals... It's disgusting.
