I received snail mail out of the blue from Intertops Casino... Oddly enough, it was In the same format which Jackpot Capital send me their snail mail.

So I get onto Live Chat to find out what the payment times are....

CS advises me that there is a mandatory 48hour pending period and then WD's are processed in another 48hours. I queried twice about NeTeller and was told it would take 4 working days ... 4 WORKING days ... if you withdraw anywhere from Tuesday you gotta sit out the weekend as well...

Surely this logo with the promos they are sending me is MISLEADING... Prompt payouts my foot.

They should change the logo to 'Stalling Guaranteed'

I know what you mean. But, they do pay, I will say that. That is how my last withdrawal from there went.

But, I must also say............ it may depend on who you are or how much you deposit. I know of one person who cashed out at 2 pm one day, withdrawal was instantly flushed and she had a check via fed-ex the very next day.

Knowing this person, IMHO, I think it was because of who they are.

I deposit almost daily with intertops, but they are smaller deposits. Then I split it between the casino and poker site. So my deposits probably don't "look" like much in the eye of the casino. They add up. I am sure I would never get THAT kind of service from them.

.....which just shows they CAN pay fast..they just WON'T.

Tells you how much they care about their customers.

Forget 'company policy', documentation, verification blah blah blah... The reality is, ANY casino that can take your funds by Neteller, Moneybookers or Debit/Credit card can TECHNICALLY pay you back IMMEDIATELY YOU HIT THE WITHDRAW BUTTON. Literally, there are no technical restrictions to stop this happening - regardless of what some outfits claim to muddy the waters. Some of the Wagerworks casino's are still automated this way. Cryptologic now have a (short) waiting time but its quick enough.

Even giving casino's a bit of time to 'verify' or 'approve' your withdrawal, there is no excuse ever under any circumstances to accept more than 24 hours - 48 on the outside if you're being generous. If that's not happening, they are understaffed or trying it on.

I'm sick of lame excuses to boost casino cash flow and encourage reverse withdrawals... It's disgusting.

They are connected you know. They do not want people to know that Jackpot Capital and Intertops are connected.
Their reps never answer questions about this even if several posts are made.

Intertops are managing Jackpot Capitals Affiliate program as another example:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

From earlier post:

Liberty Slots are connected to Jackpot Capital, Grande Vegas, Slotastic, Lucky Club and Intertops. These six casinos have a shared database and if one of the casinos choose to not have you as a customer, you are pretty sure busted at all of them without any explanation at all.

There have been a lot of posts about these connections earlier.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/jackpot-capital-liberty-slots.50050/

Old / Expired Link

They do not want others to know that Liberty Slots is owned by same people who owned English Harbour. Strange that 4 of the mentioned casinos are accredited, one is on the not recommended list (LS) and one is unaccredited even though the casino is represented by a rep for the accredited ones (Lucky Club).

The funny thing is that the only mentioned casino found in the rogue section of this forum is paying faster than the other ones. It really shows us that hiding their owners and not paying all affiliates/players pays off...:what: They are even hiding their license, a secret one...

If you are depositing at Intertops, Jackpot Capital, Slotastic, Grande Vegas or Lucky Club you are sponsoring Liberty Slots secret license. IMO not a good move.

If now Intertops are not allowing new US players, they really shows us that they are earning more money on Liberty Slots where they have less costs over all.

Agree totally!

I have no doubts about Intertops connection to the others anymore, since they apparently changed the pendingtime to 48 hours at the same time as the others. I had just not heard about that before.
Another one on the no play list for me:(

Thanks maphesto...you are doing a great work digging info:thumbsup:

Thanks for the input Maphesto.

Interesting that the last login for the Intertops Rep was in February... I don't expect them to even answer the thread. Yasmine from JPC rarely participates...

I have also decided to STOP supporting Slotastic and Jackpot Capital... I have an account there and mistakenly deposited in a haze thinking I was playing at Sloto... Uninstall is on the cards..

I just can't see why people play there anymore, they a Kings of Stalling and although they do pay... both Casinos are a bad egg in the industry - ANY Casino who holds your WD hoping you will reverse is a bad egg.

I am astonished that they (Intertops) have the Audacity to ADVERTISE that they pay promptly... This comes with a GUARANTEE... From where... Who knows. Total lies and a false marketing gimmick.

Sloto and ClubWorld are doing their payments in 12-24 hours to me... AND none of their promos carry a 60x Wagering like JPC or Intertops... Hmm..

I don't think the Jackpot Capital group is doing so well these days at all.
First they are stalling all cashouts. 48hours - up to 5days before they pay.

They have started to bonusban people, me included.
Also for the first time this month their famous free chips they are sending out through snailmail, is not for everyone any longer. Some are just getting a 100% bonus:rolleyes:

All of this I see as if they are struggling with their economy, not a good sign.

They were given an opportunity to explain the change in pending w/d times from 24hrs to 48 hrs several months ago but they churned out BS excuses so they wont even bother participating in this thread. The 60x WR is a primary reason for their existence as it is extremely difficult to meet on the RTG platform. Their free chips therefore are just like play money.

That's not really true.
Why do you think they bonusbanned me?
I only played their free chips, and never used any depositbonus:p

You mean you actually met the wrs on their free chips? They have only themselves to blame for offering so many nd chips. Take Grande Vegas, anyone, even those who have not deposited, may take part in a live raffle. If they do that and bonus ban people wtf are they thinking?

Either they believe I have too lucky fingers when I push the button (I have cashed out a lot from their free chips), or they simply believe that if they remove the free chips from me and those who not deposit enough, we will so miss them that we start to deposit huge amounts immediately:rolleyes:
That will not happen! My accounts are closed and will stay that way.

Congratulations for the cashout:thumbsup:

The only good thing with those max cashout bonuses is that you never reverse it since you can't make more of it.
These days they only want customers that reverse their cashouts. They know how gamblers are, and I hate the fact that they take advantage from that.

I only play with bonuses on the RTG platform. Its too volatile to risk honestly.

Why would a Casino Bonus Ban someone? Firstly most of the chips are sticky, then you have to meet a WR attached to your bonus AND deposit.. plus play against the house Edge... and IF you are lucky to Cash out, then you are bonus banned.

IF a place does this to me.. I will uninstall them. I deposit a fair bit every day and if my money is good when i'm losing, then the same applies when I'm winning.

I rarely win on my first deposit. I usually end up depositing 3 - 5 times until I kinda break even or get ahead sometimes.

Now couple that with this insane 60x... Its 30 (D+B) ...but ClubWorld is around 20 - 25 and some places like Sloto have ones with 17 x dependent on the promos.

Anyways... All i see is more and more walls being put up to hold the money - Lets not even talk about how long you must wait here IF you cash out..

Are you joking?
And everybody here takes all of that serious?
... shouldn't respond to this.. hope this isn't seen as trolling or flaming, if I'd respond it'd go mental here, and I don't want to turn this into a fight, so better if I don't for my own health and the forum.
Continue please :D

Please Silencio, I am not joking. :)

At several places reps for the casinos have had the chance to comment, they haven't. :D

The connection is pretty obvious, when you want to see it. I started with google, I continued with wayback machine and I took print screens. Checked phone numbers, googled them and so on.

Have you seen this one:

Why do you think that their reps never answers questions about this? :D

At the same time Grande Vegas closed my account the other ones closed my accounts aswell. Started one account at Lucky Club, it was closed immediately. I then started one at Liberty Slots, It was closed immediately.

The same with Intertops...

Non of them have told me why I am on their risk list, I still have no clue. But I hope players see that if they deposit at JC, GV, Slotastic, Intertops and Lucky Creek they are supporting the secret license at the non recommended Liberty Slots.

thanks for being civiled about me not agreeing :) I'm sure you don't agree with me when I say all of this, and that's fine I'm just glad I can get it out of my system. and for those annoyed this will be my final post in a thread where I'm the only one who has a different view on it all. so have fun without me.

- most of the threads you link to are your own threads and don't help prove your point at all. except for one 2 year old gpwa thread and the agd thread
- IF they are connected, who cares?
- if they blocked you at their supposedly sister sites, how does that hurt you?
- liberty slots secret license? how about they are hiding it because they don't have a license?
- why would the reps respond to all of this? it's a silly thing to ask.
- english harbour closed after all those years just to weazel out of paying affiliates?
- IF intertops doesn't take new U.S. players, is it because they are making so much money at liberty slots. so it stands to reason that they make less money at intertops to balance it out?? they just don't want to count it anymore or what?

so long story short, in my eyes you created a conspiracy that doesn't exist.

We don't have to agree you know. :p

- IF they are connected, who cares?

I do! A lot! Do you think that many casinomeister members would keep on playing at Jackpot Capital if they told everyone that they were connected to a casino in the rogue section of Casinomeisters site? I don't think so.

- if they blocked you at their supposedly sister sites, how does that hurt you?
Not a damn thing! But they have found something they don't tell me, why would they close my account otherwise? Was it just because I won on free chips at Grande Vegas? They don't tell me. The last casino I tried, Intertops, was just to proove my point. Why would I not pass their risk filter at Intertops? :D Because they are connected to the other five of course.

- liberty slots secret license? how about they are hiding it because they don't have a license?
Infact, I had your thoughts aswell a couple of months ago. Maybe they don't have a license, but as Bryan wrote:

https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

- english harbour closed after all those years just to weazel out of paying affiliates?

A tricky one... I don't know exactly why they closed and reopened with the same staff. But they did email players from old VT-casinos.

Check this:

I suggest you re-read this thread, to which you linked yourself in your first post https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/jackpot-capital-liberty-slots.50050/ especially the first page, and especially vinylweatherman's posts.
And if they are connected somehow and liberty slots didn't steal it, this doesn't even mean they have the same owner, you'll see me say that in there as well.

:edit: Most Rival casinos (I think) share the same financial operator. Silverstone Overseas. If one Rival casino doesn't have a license or is rogued, this doesn't mean the other ones have the same owner and are crooked. (well actually I think they all are :D but that's because I don't trust their software, or at least not the casinos I played at myself. so Slotocash and Desert Nights excluded.)

How do you go from Bryan's post in which he says more or less that secret and no license are the same, to this?

I don't!

To me, they really could be without license which is the worst option. Where do players complain then?

But, I think that their license is at one of the five other casinos in their group.

This chat session is funny btw:

Well yeah I agree they shouldn't be playing there to begin with. But giving the accredited casinos hell for it is unfair I think, especially based on assumptions.
First it's people complaining about a rogue casino paying faster than the accredited ones. Then it's the accredited ones own the rogue casino.
Like I said in an earlier post.. They won't respond to acquisations like these. Why would they? Everyone already made up their mind.. Like for instance the ever occuring - Casinos who pay a couple days slower are bad, casinos who pay fast are good - statement. I think they wont explain it because there's no explaining something complex to people who make simple conclusions like that. I sure as hell give up, and I know jack sh*t compared to them.

And I meant last thread not post.. plus you are a cool headed one :D

The thing that REALLY matters in all this is whether we are being LIED to in an attempt to make us deposit and play when we would run a mile if we knew the truth.

Does lying harm players?

Well, if things go well, then the corporate trickery doesn't matter too much to players, so long as they get paid when they win, and don't get screwed by the software.

HOWEVER, when things are NOT going well, but the lies trick players into thinking they are, players can get hurt. Ask players at Purple Lounge and Rushmore whether or not they think lying matters when at the time payouts are being done promptly.

This is the big worry with Liberty Slots. At the moment, they are better than OK for US players, few complaints and prompt payouts. What if things went wrong though, to whom would one complain given their secret license? How would one trace any missing money if they "did a Purple Lounge" on players?

What of Jackpot Capital and Intertops? If there is a connection, it isn't having much impact on players at present in terms of payouts. What IS clearly happening though is data sharing at the level of this shared data being personally identifying players.

If they are not connected, this is a SERIOUS data protection breach, and not something an accredited casino should be involved with.

If they ARE connected, they are lying to players, affiliates, and CM; which is a different reason for not being accredited.

If the connection is significant, it is possible that if one goes down, it will pull the others down with it. This would cause players to get screwed because they will miss any early warning signs because they will believe they are not affected because it involves a completely different operator.
