Not wise to be trying to use Casinomeister as a threat no matter what your argument is. Its not to be used a weapon to try force a casino into giving you what you want.
 
It's poor marketing. They should be ensuring that snail mail promos are sent in good time with regard to the individual markets they are destined for. Casinos that can't get this right actually do more damage to their reputation than had they not sent such offers at all.

What often works better is playing at their competitors to punish them for their poor performance. They will pick up on a sudden drying up of deposits from a player, and the "we miss you, what did we do wrong, here's a ridiculously large bonus for coming back, etc" email will arrive. This is the perfect opportunity to tell them what they did wrong, and even to point out that you have been receiving a better service elsewhere.

I have had a good many such emails, because I often switch my activity around, and will also punish a casino for a particularly poor experience or long run of laughable offers by uninstalling it.

I punished many casinos for their dithering and failure to keep UK players in the loop by uninstalling them as soon as a rumour surfaced that they were going to ditch UK players. It saved me the annoyance of having accounts shut down overnight without notice, even mid promotion with part used bonuses forfeit. It was no different when the casinos bailed from the US, France, Italy, and Spain before, so why would I believe that the UK would get special treatment and that we would be given full information and plenty of notice.
