I have an Intercasino account. I tried to register a new firepay account I have. And They system wouldnt let me. I called customer support and ask if they could delete it for me. They told me I had to create another account and register my new firepay information on that account. And I new PIN# would be mailed to me. This is silly I have to wait 10 more days to cashout. When I already have a pin # for my existing account. They want to resend out pin # for every little thing you do.

Hi Murder1;

Just out of curiosity how long have you been a player there at INTERCASINO?

That's ecash who's requiring that, not Intercasino. I think the same thing would happen at any crypto/wagerlogic casino. I can't believe they don't have a facility for adjusting something as basic as your firepay card number though. That's ridiculous.

I've had an account there for several years. Its was Sunny Group Casinos I will never play at again. Not Intercasino...And yes JPM this is Silly. + They do make you wait 7 business days to cashout Firepay deposits. This is not worth the trouble. I am going to drive 6 1/2 hours to a real casino tomorrow. This online thing is becoming troublesome

Firepay just plain sucks, I don't know why people still use it. They always have these little delays on everything, use firepay. I can set my calendar by them. 7 days delay for a cashout is nuts when they can do a neteller cashout in less that 12 hours at the same casino.

Did you know that firepay has this rule that their merchants must abide by that requires them to refund the full amount of all your deposits back to your firepay account before they can pay you by any other method? So say you play at all the casinos in the FL group, and you lose say $1000 of firepay deposits in 5 of them (total of $5K), and then you hit a $10K win in another one and want a wire transfer or express check, they MUST send the $5K back to firepay first, regardless of what you want and then can send you the rest by whatever method you specify. This is part of the merchant agreement they sign when they use Firepay. Oh, and it goes back to the beginning of time too. So if that $5K of losses is spread over $50 deposits for 2 years, same thing happens when you cashout the $10K win, $5K goes back to firepay first. This is just one reason why I closed my firepay account.

If you do close your firepay account, you must go to each casino you've registered with and notify them and have them remove all firepay info from your account(s) or they'll be sending money to a closed account and God help you clearing up that mess!
