they r only asking this to double up on the bonus

Highly likely, and Intercasino would have been relaxed about this before UIGEA, but since then may not be. Eventually, they will probably enforce the rule that players can only have one go at each of the bonuses, whatever account they choose to receive it in.
I had played at the UK one for a long time, and ONLY registered with the US$ one when I found it on GoneGambling with a rule that ONLY the US$ version sponsored the games, not the UK one I already had the account with.
This didn't bother then at the time, and I am currently allowed to use the promotions on both accounts. Maybe this was because I joined through GoneGambling, and they could see this as a legitimate reason. They might be stricter with players who appear to be doing nothing more than joining through "bonus whoring" sites, and moving on after ONLY playing the sign-up bonus from their first account.
If Intercasino spot this, the bonus ban will apply over ALL the Cryptologic casinos except Will Hill, as they all use the same Ecash system to process transactions, and information about "advantage players" is used at that level, not at the level of the individual casinos.
If any Intercasino staff are reading this, they may well be having an extra look into whether they are about to be hit by a flock of "advantage players" from the UK, and often it is the case that those that see a strategy on a website are too late - those "in the know" have already done it, and are putting out the info at a time when the casino may already be noticing something might be going on.
I am surprised by how many players STILL try the strategy of using their entire balance on one starting bet on a game such as Roulette, and then grinding out WR if they win. This tactic is now so old that every casino can spot it a mile off, and when they see it, they know they have an advantage player on their hands. At the best casinos, it would be their last ever bonus, and at the less reputable, they will confiscate any winnings.
A good strategy would probably be something like the one used by Kasino King. Designed for low rollers, it uses bankroll management, and strategies of moving to a different slot, and cashing out after meeting WR. There is no reason not to use this for any sign-up offer, and in all likelihood, you would then get all the loyalty offers for regular players.
If you tend to be a high roller, then the best strategy is probably that used by Vinylweatherman, unfortunately this is a trade secret
