Got an email yesterday telling me about their relaunch

Logged on today, Full suite (Over 400 games apparantly), NetEnt, playngo, wms , the lot !

Always impressed with their cashouts and services

Made a small deposit to see, played well with no lag

I see they are still on acccredited list, so safe too

If you didnt know, have a butchers...

:)

Well for those into bonuses they have an extensive list of excluded slots for the opening offer

Old / Expired Link

Takes some reading to get through the list

Would have been a shorter list if they would list the allowed games. Or at least makes the existing one in alphabetical order.

And this one, we need a casino diary now to keep track of when we can play a few FS ....i bet most players will forget to play some of the "sets" as they expire after 48hrs.

- At the time of your first deposit, you will also receive 20 free spins on Wizard of Gems.

- The remaining 80 free spins will be credited to your account in sets of 20 by 9am in the morning, every 3 days for the following 12 days. For example, if you make your first deposit on a Monday, your second set of spins will be credited by 9am on Thursday.

A few more, certainly enough to keep me away from them and not register:

Payments will be made as soon as reasonably possible (subject to up to two business days internal processing time), although there may be delays due to any Security Review undertaken by us.

The minimum payout amount is £25. Dumarca reserves the right to restrict payouts to £5,000 per week.

Totally agree with the "roll eyes" emoticon at not making the list alphabetical order. Scanning a list in a jumbled order is counter-intuitive to the brain and makes it ever so slightly harder to find out if your slot is excluded or not. If they can void one more win as someone mistakenly played an excluded game due to this then well, job done

Yeah I also hate free spin offers which are credited in pieces day after day after day. Just gimme them all at once ffs.

And a well hidden one, only saw it when clicking on General T&C's at the bottom of the page, not in the normal Bonus T&C's:

7.7
The default bonus wagering requirement is forty (40) times the amount of the bonus received. Each bonus offer has promotion-specific wagering requirements. Should these not be specified on the promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, default wagering requirements of forty (40) times the bonus apply and only play with bonus money counts towards the turnover requirement.

Its like getting deeper into a hornets nest ... they are basically T&C themselves out of savvy players signing up
and those that do half will be caught in the nest.

I can imagine the "Free spins" 10p on Star burst not worth the time or effort at all.

Yup its cack - ye olde tactic to get you to keep logging in with the hope you get the debit card out also.

I am glad I weaned myself of the addiction of taking sign up bonuses a long time back.

These days I will only ever partake if its a straight forward offer with decent wagering requirements.

The free spins .... well they can do one - and interest me not

I went to a focus group on these for the managment buy out relaunch in London in 2014 and they had loads of ideas about what they wanted. Their CEO came and chat to us afterwards but at the time said he wasnt interested in diversifying the game providers, despite most of us (there were about 10 of us) saying it was needed. Seems he has changed his mind, and good luck to them.

Putting Bonus issues aside, the site does feel better and am very impressed with their responsible gaming area for setting limits, time for limits, closing account, etc etc.

They where among the best operators for years roughly a decade ago.
I remember before I started my studies I played there on their then download client and they had a great Blackjack tournament every month.

I would be happy to see them getting back to where they were.

TBF I dont take Bonuses as a rule, so wouldnt have even looked at them, Especially not the Terms and Conditions attached thereto

From experience, they dont usually take the whole 48 hours to process WD, and iirc, they are NOT reversable anyway...

Have to Agree with Richy too..

Never to be seen again, the first place I started playing at back in 98 or so, by far the best VP on the net, all gone now.

It's frightening but have to tell you I've seen even longer lists on certain playtech casinos...
