Deposited at Intercasino, and made a withdrawal today - I was sure they processed speedy-ish before.

Worth noting for anyone depositing here - asked them how long it will take my withdrawal to process:

'Thank you for contacting the InterCasino Support Team regarding your withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. Once processed, the funds are sent to your bank account and will arrive there within 2-5 business days.

Your withdrawal will be processed on Thursday.'

So - they are not processed within 3 business days, they are processed AFTER 3 business days. All this time, it will be pending, and reversible.

For me this is a big difference - this should probably be reflected on their review.

Will update on how this goes - imo I do not have the energy for these slow payers anymore..

I messaged the rep for clarification too - they have not been around since June, but sure they will be back soon

I do not like it when casino use the whiten, But always its the last day of that,

I do know some say this and are genuine and use it to cover there back but majority of sites its misleading info, There is one site that states your withdraw will be processed whiten 2 days, Was not until the rep told me it is actually two days, I did say that the info should be changed,

They were one of my favorites a couple of years ago... Great promotions, fast cashouts within 24 hours... But yeah, don't care about them anymore to be honest.... I still can't undersand how you can refresh your casino visually and from the backend but everything related to customer service is getting worse....

Ok, so still no sign of the reps, however customer support has now given me a definitive answer - so this needs to be changed on their review. I will also when I receive my payout put it into the minions data:

Please be advised that withdrawals are processed 72 hours after your request. Since you made your withdrawal on the 31st, this will be processed on the 3rd of September - tomorrow.

Once processed, it will take 3 to 5 business days to reach your bank account.

I had same problem and was shocked how slow they are. I waited 4 full days for my payment!! (that was for neteller) the rest i made for visa card came in the week after. I think around 7 days total. I even contacted them and said but I had been putting in 1000s in deposits a month and saw myself as VIP player so how do you treat them? I did later on get a bla bla email oh we can try speed up in future. I haven't played there since

This will be my last deposit there. They used to be super fast. Their reps are MIA, games are limited, and for me lagged like crazy.

I do not deposit places with 72 hour reversible pending periods. If I wanted that I would go back to 888 *shudders*

I have made some awful decisions this week depositing both here and at Flamantis. Not sure what was going through my head..

Do they do weekend pay outs? If not than latest withdraw will be Tuesday tea time to get your payment b4 the week end & if using card your not going to see money for ages,

I slipped of track the other day, Had some snail mail for a site, Must been as signed up to some bingo sites in there brand some years back,

Any way it is called BigTopCasino (sister site to magicalvegas / spinandwin) and had a 300% bonus, Due to cutting down I thought I give it a bash, Nothing to lose and abit of play time for minimum amount, Turns out that you can only use bonus on bingo I said if I wanted to play bingo I would of went onto a bloody bingo site,

Long story short it turns out that wager is x4 on bingo & x10 on casino, If you win bingo than that part is cash so can go back to machines untill you hit bonus again, But you could not split the wager, You had to either spend the complete x10 on games or x4 on bingo,

I managed to complete wager, They only got about 20 machines and if you thought RTG games was leathel than you want to test theses games, I sent docs in and they was approved pretty Sharpish, Less than 24hr, Also live help was not bad, Funny thing is that I did not withdraw as was not really worth it and alow the machines are super mega high variance they have some potential, I ended up busting and withen a few minutes my docs was approved, (Great Timing?)

Not only that I got a phone call the next day, Saying welcome and I have a 100% bonus, a bloody phone call at 4pm lucky I was not working, Bonus is useless as its for fecking bingo and only a few bingo rooms, and you have to stay in the room untill games finished,

They had majour issues aswell on the day I signed up, games not working, getting cut of not being able to log in, Still got a headache from it, Oh and download ONLY

Yes but funny thing is its called a casino, The cheek of them,

Ive had my fair share of the couple of quid top prize, Best thing is you buy full whack of tiks is £9 or what ever rip off, and the pots not even that much and you still do not win,

I give up long time ago, I still pop on to bingo cams as they have a good range of MG games, If they have a good depo bonus, as if not win on machines than always second chance on bingo, and only x2 wager on the bingo so worth a pop,

I used to play there a hell of a lot due to the casino played great, I count on one hand how many errors I had playing there, But there was just no casino bonus on offer and having noticed MG not being the same as it used to be I had to move so could also play other providers.

Quick update - Card withdrawal processed - exactly 72 hours (3 working days) after I requested it - 72 hour (excluding weekends) pending time should probably go on their review.
