wow thats insane if true. They granted him the bonus in the first place and when he actually won something they denied payout? Like if gamblingcity offers a special bonus and players are able to get that bonus on intercasino, that means the casino agreed with gamblingcity on this right, otherwise this wouldnt be possible? like the sites have to be working together.

All affiliate sites work together with the casino for the purpose of getting players to deposit money into the casino. Some affiliate sites try to encourage sign-up through their site by actually giving the player back a percentage of his monthly losses (or some other promotion). These offers are often in ADDITION and INDEPENDENT to whatever bonuses the casino is offering.

The downside to this is that it can mean that the casino has sometimes taken on a losing proposition; Ideally, they should just stop offering such players future promotions or un-tag him from the affiliate site, however sometimes they will misbehave and simply not give them any due big winnings. I'm not saying what Intercasino did has anything to do with the fact that the player is from GamblingCity, but I do believe you have to be on your toes a bit more if you sign up through affiliate portals like this one because you've just made yourself more profitable (or less likely to incure losses).

Hi all

Since this post is somewhat dormant, and since many other examples of that casino practices are being presented, It´s very strange no conclusion being shown. So I ask if someone can answer:

Did the player received the money won?;

or

Did the player saw the original money returned? ( with or without the notary expenses);

or

Did the player contact ( and get a reply ) from LGA, regarding a complaint and/or the time stamp of the Casino Terms validity?

Hope any final enlightment and transparency can be shown here to benefit of all online players.

Regards.

I for one would be furious if I ever had my winnings cancelled because my IP was masked/behind a VPN. I'm surprised so many people brush this off as no big deal.

When playing on your mobile you may very well be behind a VPN. Playing in an internet cafe, logging in from work on your coffee break, at Starbucks etc all might have VPNs involved. Hell, even the internet provider in your home might have a proxy solution that masks the customers' IP.

Hi, sorry for the late update but I'm still doing some research and looking/posting in forums to see if I can get any help.

About your questions:

1) No I haven't received my winnings. Intercasino are still denying payout and considers the waybackmachine as invalid proof.

2) Intercasino agreed to give me back my deposit, but won't cover the cost of the notarization they requested me to go and get (and subsequently approved).

3) I will complain very soon to the LGA with a full report. Unfortunately what came out from my research and by talking to other members is that casinos are supposed to report terms&conditions changes immediately to the LGA, however there is no real consequence if the casino reports changes late or makes "mistakes" in those reports. I'm not saying this has to be the case here, just a general observation.

I will update as soon as i got an answer from the LGA of course.

Good luck with reporting this or submitting a complaint to the LGA. As the title implies, this is a bogus complaint. You deliberately used a VPN masking your IP address not once but several times. You knew exactly what you were doing - you are no newbie. The term "no VPNs" has been in place for years, and you are suspected of belonging to a larger multi-account ring.

Please contact the LGA here:
