Roguish Intercasino - Competition Winner Problem

    Good Evening,

    I entered a competition via the 'my intercasino' inbox, and I was fortunate to be advised later that that I had won the competition.

    The webpage on their website clearly states that this promotion will be sent direct to your inbox and carries a cash first prize of 3,000.

    They have now stated that there were 2 promotions running, and that I was in a promotion where the prize was 500.

    Their competition web page make no suggestion of a competition running with a 500 prize, and based on information on their web site I entered this competition in order to win 3,000 (which I genuinely believe I had done).

    They have stated there is a leaderboard competition running but nowhere on the website does this promotion say Leaderboard.

    This is blatent misrepresentation at best, and a total lie to a Platinum player and genuine winner at worst.

    I have already been in touch with support staff at the Platinum Support Team and have been advised to expect an update tomorrow.

    I will update the results in due course, and if things aren't resolved i'll be passing them along to Trading Standards.
