I was playing Bejeweled yesterday when I got 3 adjacent wild "Bejeweled" symbols in a vertical row.
Now I naturally expected the wilds to count as the highest symbol i.e. pay out as if it was 3 Blue diamonds. But it didn't!
What it did was count it as a row of 4 purples as there was one of these underneath.

I think this is a glitch in the software.
Anyone else seen it? What do you think?

No screenshot I'm afraid - that game is too darned fast! :(

I haven't noticed it (never seen three wild's in a row).

However, going by what you say, it definitely is a glitch, someone screwdup on the math!

cheers!

Interesting - thats definately a glitch on the basis that there is no seperate pay for lining up 3 wilds. It has to count for the highest symbol. Well spotted KK - i'll send this on to the Crypto games development manager for thoughts

Okay i've chatted with Crypto. You may think their name is apt here :D

It's not stated in the HELP page for the game. If you go into the game, click on the paytable, and cast your eyes to the top line, it says words to the effect of

"The Bejeweled symbol substitutes for any symbol on the payline"

Meaning any symbol "adjacent to the wild symbol" on the payline. And there you have it. The only game in the world that doesn't substitute the Wild symbol for the highest paying formula :)

Thanks simmo for the update.

I am pretty sure the game designer missed out in this scenario and Intercasino would/should definitely have a game update/paytable change coming soon to change this pattern.

My 2 cents :)
