the closest thing to getting constant instant withdrawals is casino extreme.
I have been there for nearly a decade and the longest withdrawal from them over this time has been 5 minutes

I just had to reply in relation to Casino Extreme. I have been playing there for at least 5 years on a weekly basis and have made hundreds of withdrawals both big and small. I can honestly say that the money has been in my Neteller account within 5 minutes of withdrawing and have not once ever been denied or refused a withdrawal. Same here...no issues with them.
Always a few minutes and the money is in webwallets...too bad I couldn't hit a thing for ages so stopped playing there.

The only issue that I have ever had was that they made me fill out a faxback form. This was irritating as they advertise that one will not be required if you use certain ewallets. They made me do it, I would guess, because I hit a nice run and cashed out well. They have never given me hassles since and the money is in my NT account nearly instantly upon request. i would like to know though why they are were they are here at CM
since ive been a member here i think ive seen a complain about every other casino apart from extreme just curios if they have had some issues in then past or
