Instadebit deposits on Videoslots not being credited

Has anyone else experienced deposits not being credited on Videoslots.? Made a deposit 530 am even though it showed successful it's missing CS looking into it.

Just a few min ago made another deposit through Instadebit, got the pop up from Videoslots saying deposit completed but again no credits. Even on my Instadebit account shows deposit complete and successful to Videoslots. Anyone else with issues?

Of course, I get the message to clear history etc, is this there first reply to everything?

Have not played/deposited on here in a while so can't say but would like to know if everything is good cause that's pretty much all I use in VS.
