Infrared contact lenses for marked cards

I am a poker player in Germany and internet One day I found an announcement about marked cards and infrared lenses - I thought about calling to see what was going on, said a Chinese with whom I barely got on the phone after I spoke to him on msn at [snipped], said she has books flagged for cheating at poker and infrared lenses. I thought we were good and I thought to go to hong kong to buy those products. I took the ticket and went towards Hong Kong, I arrived, I stayed at a hotel, I called and I asked where I'll meet with them. I tried contact lenses but when I put them in my eyes burn, I asked to see and marked cards, I have shown, they looked fine but when I looked at them more visible to the eye Free.
In conclusion I bought anything from them, I spent about 2000 euro ticket four days accommodation and meals.

I googled the little puke, and there's a post on Youtube where he's asking where to buy the lenses. I think this guy is real, and a halfwit. Ban the wannabe cheat.
Speaking of halfwits...there are tons of card marking videos on Youtube. The world is full of people like this, and so are holes in the desert.

Hong Kong is full of conmen and decades ago there were plenty of films on how to cheat at card games especially 'showhand'. However, practically no one knows how to play Texas Hold 'em.

You could've spent a few hundred on some very good poker lessons that would have taught you the basics. Knowing the basics properly would take you a long way.

Guys, nothing personal but please, enough with the slagging! Nothing wrong with suspecting someone's motives and calling them out when needs be. Name-calling is a whole other thing and not at all necessary, not to mention beneath you. I hope you understand where I'm coming from on this and don't take it personally.

The OP fell for a supersweet scam - because the product they bought was supposed to help them do something illegal, they can't even really report the company to the BBB or whatever.

Although I remember once I saw a clip from an episode of that show Cops, where this woman flagged down the police and pointed to this house and said, "I just went in there and gave them money for crack, they took my money and didn't give me any crack." The cop's laughing and says, "You want us to get your money back?" and she says, "Either the money or the crack."

Me too - cheaters are hardly deserving of "class" imo... they ultimately damage us all.
