This is not the same affiliate as spintee's I will tell the Affiliate to remove the email from the list, just send me you address to PM.

For all reference we don't sell or give the email database to any of our Affiliates. They have their own sources and databases.

BTW spintee I thought that spam from the Affiliate stopped and I didn't get the notification that you are still getting the spam email.

For all: If you are getting the SPAM email from Affiliates, just send me the Affiliate ID and your username or email to DM so I can sort it out.

Thank you all for understanding.

I received one on the 3rd I think of a different aff, And a few days later by the same person as before, Since than all seems to be ok,

I know you say that you do not give aff's email or dresses but the thing is there are still spamming us making your site look bad, Also why would you want theses people to promote you, They obvious got theses emails from some corrupt source and by them sending the emails it looks as if you do not mind how they received such info,

The Affiliates needs some time to remove the emails, I notify the other 2 Affiliates to remove your email as well.

We are trying to work closely with Affiliates so this kind of things not happen, but as you may know we cannot control what they do 100%.

It is the same affiliate or there are links between them, as the email is almost identical, with the same 'YOU HAVE BEEN PAID' subject line, and same type of made up address, whats the chances different affiliates would photoshop to make the same image and also use the same subject, and change the sender name to Casumo Casino

Why not close the affiliates account, they are in breach of your terms and conditions? As I said the links are still working from earlier in the thread so you are obviously happy for the affiliate to spam people and not take action against them.

6.2 The Affiliate hereby undertakes, represents and warrants that:
(e) that it will not generate traffic to the Casumo Website by illegal or fraudulent activity, particularly but not limited to by:
(i) sending spam;

6.3 The Company reserves the right to freeze the Affiliates account and/or deduct money from the Affiliate if any traffic is deemed to have been referred through fraudulent means or in breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

No mention of any terms and conditions on the advert is a clear breach of the UKGC rules, and the significant terms aren't 1 click away. That alone should be enough for you to suspend the account at least.

Not pointing directly at cusmo it self, BUT if we as players breached a term such as max bet or disallowed games, We will soon see our payments disappear or account closed, But as soon as the casino making money from bent rules they turn a blind eye???

They canot have it both ways or when it suits them, But not only are affilates getting away with it there actually breaking U.K regs rules as well,

Clearly Casumo are not living up to the accredited astandards set here.

Must not spam, and must take appropriate actions against any affiliates or any third parties who do spam.

So giving these affiliates an email address and tell them that this guy you can't spam because he's a member at Casinomeister?:eek2:

I haven't read this thread before so I didn't know they were doing that. Really bad. It's like when I got sms for a casino I wasn't a member at and they asked for my phone number so they could tell the guy to not send me sms. Idiots.

I know I read something from SIGMA. They talked about affiliates and obviously affiliates who are sending emails and phone spam are a separate cathegory. They are living on only sending that kind of spam. Nice!

Obviously Casumo are condoning spam and that was a disappointment to read.

thats the info for the sspam today, the link doesn't 404 and is the same as the one in post 19, from the 29th October, which clearly shows Casumo are happy to work with spamming twats, who take no notice of their affiliate managers, if they bothered to tell them to stop spamming.

Wouldn't it be smarter to remove the affiliates? That way you won't get any complaint.
That is what you're suppose to do and what we expect. That is what ''good'' casinos do.

I have to agree here. I don't understand why you are trying to contact this affiliate to ask them to remove an email address they have been spamming for months. This comes across as Casumo are keen to give the impression that they are tough on spamming, but the bottom line is you are not. Any operator that is worth their license would have simply shut this affiliate down immediately for breaking the terms of their affiliate agreement.

Please stop telling the forum that you have a zero tolerance approach to spamming if you don't.

what like I did a month ago and you told me you would do it then? No thanks, all its doing is confirming to your spam marketing team (affiliate or not they are working for you) that I do actually get the spam they are sending out.

How about explaining why, after you promised I would be removed within a couple of days a MONTH ago, I am still getting the exact same spam from the exact same affiliate?

A decent casino would close the affiliates account, I pointed out earlier in the thread the terms and conditions he was breaching, and I'm sure you have something in there that says if a casino sends emails pretending to be from you, then the account will be closed. Having the sender as Casumo Casino is obviously trying to trick the customer into thinking casumo is actually sending these out.

I was getting a lot of spam from an affiliate from SkyVegas a few months ago, I reported it to the head of affiliates, within 30 minutes, the affiliate tags resulted in a 404 and the affiliates account was suspended. Thats how you deal with spammers, not 'oh remove this one, he moans about spam' then allowing them to ignore you and continue on with the same spam as before.

The emails also have no T&C's in, which is a breach of the UKGC guidelines I believe.

You are also putting your accredited status at risk surely by allowing the spamming to continue, from the bit posted a few posts ago.

I have to agree, If theses affiliates are sending out to unwanted and you give them an email to remove than what do you think they are going to do with the email addy?

There going to spam even more knowing its a legit email or sell the details on,

You simply do not see this crap from 32red or videoslots,

Considering Casumo now has a T.V advert at least in the U.K yet still let spammy affiliates on the lose??

Not had any for BGO from that particular affiliate, but do get them from time to time from others on different emails addresses.

My problem is, the email I get the casumo ones on has only ever been used to sign up for casinos, accredited ones at that and has to have come from one of them.

These affiliates will keep getting away with it while spamtastic casinos like Casumo allow them to keep doing it and paying them for conversions. Alex can't be arsed to come back and answer any of my questions from my last post in this thread, simply because he knows they work with spammers and are happy to get business that way. Suppose its a way round not spamming directly as they would be rouged for that, maybe when theres evidence of them not taking action against spamming affiliates they should be rouged too, as in my eyes theres no difference whatsoever.

The most hilarious and outrageous spam ever LOL. The government has been discussing this and this affiliate ended up using the situation to spam and lie in hopes of sign ups. Pathetic!!!!

Looks like Casumo are back to their spamming ways, what with the other thread they haven't replied to (yet), and me getting 3 spam emails in a week for them. The first 2 i just deleted as I haven't had any for so long but heres the affiliate tag for the third @CasumoAffiliates @CasumoLouis @CasumoAndy if you can get the proof of my opt in please it would be appreciated. You might like to ask your affiliate how he is contacting me on an email address only ever used to sign up for the now closed, getminted casino? I can of course forward the email if you would like to pm me your email address

I disabled the link @colinsunderland - I know people try not to make links live but the posting does it automatically.

Simply put a space before URL at the front bracket and space instead of the / at the other end and the link will still show in full but nobody can click it.

The rep can simply C&P it into their browser to check the rogue affiliate.

Yeah, I know but it still came up as a valid clickable link in the post. Putting a space in means the rep can C&P without editing, which I hope they will to identify the individual.
