Hi,

I have a problem with the INB-Casino.
8 days ago i registered there with a bonus code.
After some winnings i made a withdrawal. Firstly they didnt want to withdraw.
After solving different problems, that i still dont want to post at the moment, they confirmed that my documents are approved
and the withdraw over 100$ will be credited within 24 hours. This was on Monday about 48 hours ago.
About 24 h after this i wrote an email, some hours later another email. today i wrote 2 emails too, but INetBet support is ignoring all emails of me and the withdrawal isnt approved after 48 hours.

While the Approval-Process of my documents i had this problem too, that they dont answer.
Firstly when a forum-manager of my country wrote to them the problems were solved. But now they do the same again.
I dont know what i should do now, so some people said i should write here. They also said, that the withdrawls normally takes only some hours, they never needed 48h and ignoring emails.
so, what should i do that they pay me now?
 
I'd give it a little longer than 48 hours,though emails 'going missing' are quite common here.

I once spent 9 hours in front of my laptop emailing these chaps,excuse after excuse before I just gave in and closed my account.

Many others have had decent experiences here though.

They get my Emails surely. At beginning they answered in less than 1 or 2 hours. Other Forumuser said too, that they normal answer fast.
And the forummanager got answers in less than 1 hour in my issue. i think this is intention because the problems before, that were only solved with the help of this forum manager. so i think that when i write here directly to the represantive it dont work.

The wothdrawal was approved and you were told it was on it's way. Whether they got your chaser emails or not is irrelevant. They have failed to pay promptly having promised to do so. There should have been no need for you to have to email them to chase it up, it should have gone through smoothly, and the only answer they would need to give you would be to advise you that it had been processed as promised. If instead they are "sitting on it", this is an issue separate from the "ignored email" issue. You therefore have two separate issues, and this is a reflection that their standards are not what they once were.

You should not have to contact the rep to lubricate each issue or withdrawal through the system, it should run smoothly as a matter of course now that your documents have been verified.

I'm not going to turn this into yet another Inetbet bashing thread.

However there have been many forum users here that haven't had their emails received (or read),like many of mine weren't.

Even whilst trying to get verified,emails were going missing,I was asked why there were 2 Inetbet accounts in my household (which I explained in the other thread),I explained then in the next email I was asked the same question.

I then had around $100 took off me because I should have asked before playing there if they would allow both me and my brother to play there on our own accounts under the same household.

Not sure what difference asking before I played would have made-just seemed like another excuse.

What is the next step i should do to accelerate the withdraw? I dont want to wait another 24 hours for it.

is here probably a webmaster who can write to their support, i think then they will withdraw immediately.

I would suggest "WAIT"...you will be paid eventually!

there was a withdrawal on 12th feb, then i got the promised promobonus back.
so in summary i wait since 3 days. and the promised withdraw(where promised procession within 24h) over 100 was now exactly 48 hours.
i think the average time is less than 12 hours was me told in another forum.

You were suggested to contact their Rep at this forum. Please do so. I believe you will get an answer fast. Noone else will do it for you.
...or you can just wait until they pay you.

What exactly does a forum manager of my country mean? Sorry for the derail, have never heard of this phrase before.

What about the rest of the gambling population?

I am customer witha long open withdrawal. They just deleted my account.

But still get 5 grand from bestake.com Can you believe how drunk I must have been to send 5000 bucks to a costerican someone ? I believe we de cided after months, not to go to wherever and find him, ... just swalling the cost and being happy gambler, sure, you can bet on, lol, ...

I dont quite get what you are saying. What has this got to do with Inetbet? One thing's for sure. You do seem to be drunk buddy.

In particular, why was their STILL a hold up once the problems with the documents were sorted out, and the documents were approved. At this point, no further communication should have been needed, and the withdrawal should have been approved the following day at the latest.

How many more times does this have to happen for iNetBet to accept there is a persistent problem with communications.

How many current iNetBet players who have not have problems themselves see this and think "I'm off before this happens to me"?

Funny that, I recall one thread which was on Inetbets slow as responses to email and decided to test it out for myself. ;) So made a small deposit and then began the email game.

It took 2 weeks for my account to be verified! :eek2: I wasn't even trying to make a withdrawal, I was just experimenting really to see how long their responses took;)

Each email I sent them was replied to like a day later or in most cases 2 days later. I realize there is some waiting time in the verification process but considering email is their main form of contact, I would of expected less waiting time and faster replies. I can see why people get annoyed. I know it has put me off depositing future.:cool:
 
I believe they are moving mails that's not in a hurry to a separate folder, and deals with important stuff, like deposits faster.
Two weeks is at least 12 days too long.

I better add that I have never been waiting more than a few hours myself so I don't have any problems with them.
