Whine and Moan Inetbet withdrawal process

If you are from the us your only choice to play is a a rtg or a rival casino. So i´m not surprised that inetbet is a good casino for you compared to the loads of rouge casinos accepting us residents... But we in europe still (if only some months longer) have a real choice.

My reply was not based on the restricted attitude that we US players only have RTG or Rival, it is based on years of experience with all platforms I have played at and won and lost at. Just because we are stiffled now, doesn't mean we have no other experience or a memory.

Although I may miss the variety of all the other casino platforms we no longer have available, fact is, I never won at any of them either except MG.

Inetbet has been the most consistant I have found, so when I play, I choose to play there.
 
From reading all the recent complaints, it really seems like Inet is using just about every excuse possible to stall withdrawals.

I know in my case, when trying to contact customer service, each email response I would receive would be the next day when regarding a withdrawal. With 4-5 back and forth emails regarding documents this took well over a week.

Whereas when I had a question about bonus terms the response was in less than 30 minutes.
 
I don't think they are trying to stall. Everyone has to remember that Monday was a holiday too for other countries, and that is going to delay payments, document approvals etc. Just like America, other countries have holdiays also, and people do have time off on some holidays.

I do feel bad for the members who are having a bit of a hard time getting documents approved and withdrawals approved. I know it sucks when your waiting. But from my personal experience with Inetbet, I think they are one of the most fair and honest places to play on the net. Trust me, I have been mad as hell at them at times, but when I cleared my head, I can truely see their side. They are legit, fair and honest. And for me that goes a long way.

Let me give you an example, one time I claimed a bonus, that was meant for new customers. I didn't read all the terms, and I didn't see the line where it stated new customers. I made the playthrough and cashed out. They sent me an e-mail stating why my cashout was denied and gave me back my deposit and applied the correct bonus that I should have claimed. They did not have to do that. They could have just given me back my deposit. I admit I was hot as hell. But I realised it was my mistake. I should have read through all the terms not just the few lines. If this place was not honest and fair, they would have denied my withdrawal and only gave back my original deposit. But they went a step further and gave me the correct bonus on my deposit. I couldn't ask for more than that.

For those members who are waiting, wait it out, and from one member to another, with all the recent developements that have come about with online gaming, Inetbet is doing the right thing by making sure everything is correct with your documents. Remember they are a business trying to stay in business and have not turned their backs on US players like so many other casinos have done.

it took a while to get my docs approved, first my signature on the verfaction form and the driver l didnt exacly match :) but i just had to sign it again like i use to sign years back :)all thos security should make you feel better about the place just be patient when contacting them and you should bee cool :)
btw got my withdrawal from them this morning 8 hours after docs approved :)
 
Although Inetbet pays out promptly, I really am not a fan of CS. Yes,they are a good casino, reputable and accredited. My problem is with the CS. Curt, short and once or twice rude and yes, one has to wait for a reply via email.

Emily has always been nice but I have had an exchange that really peed me off with a CS member. Yes, I made a mistake and corrected it.

Please , I know we have had this posted before, but Live chat would be a better option. Every other casino has it so why not Inetbet? Just add a preface before logging into Live Chat " No freebies, so don't ask unless you're a newbie";)
 
I just had a similar experience and had to send in my docs again. Phone numbers didn't tally with previous form so had to confirm them then the verification form had to be redone....still its done now and only delayed things by a day. I can see how the original poster was getting frustrated though, I was feeling the same. 11 emails were exchanged before it was finally sorted
 
hi another person who has winnings stalled due to docs , although i cant see to why they need these , ive only deposited via neteller since the account was opened a long time ago , nothing has changed since the day the account was opened , no credit or debit cards have been used , so why on earth do i need to send in any docs theyve never not had there money on deposits , this is just pure stalling in everyway , just goes to show that acredited casinos realy means not alot , when it comes to prompt payment , i shall no doubt recieve my funds but i shouldnt have to go through all the bull $hit to get it.
 
hello all can anyone tell me who KYC is regarding inetbet proof of id docs , it states on the website that if a player has solely deposited via e wallet that they do not need to send in any docs , cs seems to have a different point on this ,anyway in there e mail they state KYC i thought inetbet was a uk company bound by uk law anyone know anymore ???????

KYC = Know Your Customer

Inetbet seem to be having a general update of ID's at present which is to be expected from time to time.

Some casinos still request a faxback even if you only use e-wallets. It's no big deal if you have a scanner/printer - only takes me a few minutes as I have my ID ready-scanned on my PC in case any casino asks for it.

I have NEVER seen a genuine case of stalling by Inetbet in the 10 years Ive been with them and nothing I have seen in this thread even comes close to qualifying.

I guess when a casino asks for docs you have two choices. Send them asap, and receive your money, or complain about it and (possibly) end up playing some of it back (which is not the casinos fault btw its a choice to lose it back).

Just send what they require and you will be paid quickly...as always.
 
thx nifty , but the point im making it clearly states on the website that if you only deposited via a e wallet you dont have to send in these forms etc ,i myself have never ever used anything else at there casino , i have sent in these docs in at 1 pm uk time today but , as inetbet shows they cant be bothered to e mail back , the point is there a good outfit so why all this ?, this shows again that they can bend the rules when it suits them , funny how this never ever happens when it comes to deposits ,im aware it says may not be required , this sums up pretty much what online casino are willing to do , ( stalling ) , well thats at least the way i see this.

hi still doesnt show how bad customer service is when they cant be arsed to e mail since 1 pm uk time yesturday , they have no live chat & have not responded to e mails along with docs sent in & still no payment wether its the weeknd or not .

This shows how much they are interested in keeping customers happy, time & time again you see bitching about inetbet CS & you wonder why players get pi$$ed off .

ive yet to have any problems until now mainly they do e mail me back to whatever ive asked for , but this is about a withdrawal seems funny when it comes to payment they hide in the sands no replys nothing, i only think this is right for other players to see how sometimes you shall get treated from this casino.

And as you say, 'know ur player'... I have a history of playing back w/d's there so if you really think they are not exploiting that tendency, u may consider that ur possibly blinded by ur affinity for them...:confused:

I am totally blinded by my affinity for inetbet and am incapable of independent thought.

wow this is still going,lol, I just gave up and decided not to play there anymore, I have since done jackpot capital form with no problems and I just did a club world form today, still waiting to hear about that one but again inetbet is the only one where I have had issues with the form out of a dozen times I have done one from the dozen casinos I have played at.
