I don't think they are trying to stall. Everyone has to remember that Monday was a holiday too for other countries, and that is going to delay payments, document approvals etc. Just like America, other countries have holdiays also, and people do have time off on some holidays.
I do feel bad for the members who are having a bit of a hard time getting documents approved and withdrawals approved. I know it sucks when your waiting.
