    Hi everyone.

Inetbet casino will not let me cash in my winnings.

When I did the introductory bonus at inetbet I did well over the wager requirement. But I was then ill for awhile.

When I went back to withdraw my money I was told the wager requirements had been doubled from what they were. I was told I then had to wager a lot more to fullfill the new wager requirements.
I said this was unfair as I fullfilled the terms that were set out when I did the bonus, but they didnt care.

Casino meister has got back a lot of money for in the past from casinos. For which I am very greatful.
I did ask casino meister again if he could help me with inetbet. I have sent lots of emails asking if he has heard anything from inetbet but I dont get any reply, so I guess that he has not been able to help me.

So I wondered what others thought about what I should do next?

Thanks very much for your help

I don't think he's returned from his trip yet, so give him a few more days to respond. I think he's due back any time now.

    Hi Coulthard:

I don't know who you've been working with at I-Net-Bet but I do know that the Manager of I-Net-Bet is a gal by the name of Emily Hansen and she seems to be a pretty savvy and fair individual. You might try sending Emily a PM as she is listed here on the Casinomeister's members list. Have a good one.

    Hello to all,

This episode with 'coulthard' appears to be taking the strangest of twists.

I must say I am totally baffled by your choice of actions.

Firstly you made a deposit via credit card 19 months ago, you played through the then required turnover. From that time we have never heard a word from you, neither have you attempted to make a withdrawal. (Until now).

On August the 10th 2003 you then responded with a completed fax back form, however you still did not request a withdrawal.

Now another 13 months on you have requested a withdrawal, our support correctly responded that you had not met the current Blackjack turnover (which in the interim had increased from 15 x to 20 x). We also requested an explanation as to why your account had been dormant for 19 months.

However you decided not to respond, opting rather to directly involve the Casinomeister, who subsequently mailed us on 8th of September 2004 explaining your reasons for the above actions, namely that you had been ill and were unable to find the requisite details that would enable you to request a withdrawal and also that the wagering requirement was only 15 times when you made your deposit and not 20 as it is now.

We responded to Bryan on 2 occasions, firstly on the 10th in this we confirmed that we had looked at your account and that if you made a withdrawal request we would complete your withdrawal to your NETeller account.

Again we confirmed this directly to you, once again we have heard nothing, Bryan was also contacted by us on the 17th informing him that we had still heard nothing and that no withdrawal request was forthcoming.

I do not wish to any way pre-empt Bryans response to this, however I am in no doubt that he too assumed that this matter was resolved.

I am hopeful that this issue is a simple case of a communication breakdown.

However to ensure there remains no ambiguity, please make your withdrawal request in your Casino account and your NETeller will be credited. If for some reason you have mislaid the details again, then as 'Cipher' kindly suggested email me at This email is not visible to you. and I will attend to it from our end.

    My best regards to all

Yep, i agree Inetbet have very good reputation.

But i like to ask, why Emily write so much "personal" things to forum. Even players gambling history, banking history, deposit/withdraw, etc are personal, and not public information.
However, i don't blame Emily, if she have permission to this / or there is same information from past (in public). And because it seems Coulthard not talk with Casino directly?!?

So, now i like to know Coulthard, did/do you contact Emily or Cipher. You can not say, that Inetbet will not respond.
You can PM Emily, send e-mail to Emily, send PM to Cipher, Write post here, Call Inetbet support, Send e-mail to Inetbet support, whatever.

    Thank you to all,

    Just to answer sodax77 concerns.

I am very mindful when replying to a specific post regarding any of our players, on a public forum, even when the player in question has opted to take this public course.

As you will see the information I have stated is not really sensitive, it is entirely date specific, I have not alluded to any information that was not already quoted or mentioned in a previous post.

    All the very best.

Not to split hairs here, but are you saying that if a player deposits money, plays thru the requirements of the day, waits a few days later and makes a withdraw, the withdraw will be denied if the playthru requirements have changed?

I also don't understand your statements about why the player waited so long before requesting a withdraw. Did this long wait have a negative impact on your business? The poster said up front that he became ill. But you couldn't resist taking a pot shot at him because he posted here.
At the end of your post you stated the player would be payed. IMHO the rest of your post was in essence irrevelant. There was no need to post the time frames, deposit methods, ect...
Sw2003, suppose the illness was memory related, or had to do with the brain. So what, what do you really care either way.

This is what I would like to know as well. I know emily said that the player will be paid, but for future reference I would like to know if this is a policy of iNetBet. This kind of rule would influence my decision on whether I play at that casino or not.

    Good post m249a again.
Maybe you can translate my english in future, also what i'm thinking ;)
Sometimes i just don't know, how to translate some finnish "phrase" to english. Even my english is little better nowdays.

And thanks for your reply Emily Hanson.
For some reason, i can not agree your post. You can post some important information, in case, someone complain here about your business. But i also see some irrelevant information in your initial reply.

I have posted my reply to the statement made by coulthard, which in its essence was inaccurate and misleading.

I at no time alluded to a negative impact on our business because of the long time frame; it is our policy to be more vigilant when someone leaves their money in their account for 19 months without some contact being made.

If you had read my reply you would see that the whole point was they did not bother to inform us of the reason, they decided instead to inform Casinomeister.

Finally I am not sure how you decide what is relevant or not, this player has made a derogatory statement, inferring that we will not pay him, that is simply not the case, as I have stated in my first post.
Neither was I taking a 'pot-shot'. I simply outlined the detail of events.

    Black21Jack

No that is not the policy, that is why they will be paid, if they decide ever to request a withdrawal.

    Sodax77

I disagree entirely, we operate in an online world, the only tangible thing that that separates us from others is our reputation, it is vitally important to us that it remains unblemished. Hence my explanation of the series of events, no sensitive information was made public only dates.

    Regards
    Emily

    FYI,

Many casinos now have a clause in their T&C that says if you leave your account idle for 3 (or some up to 6) months, they can keep whatever money you have left there. Better check the casinos that you play at to see if this rule applies to you, just in case.
