Many of us have been through what you are currently experiencing. This casino pays out like clockwork so the problem you are facing is just a mere blip. Of course if you don't believe us you are free to do so but if you post in a forum you get replies and we are under no obligation to treat anyone with kid gloves.

I am going to hazard a guess and say it would effect all players in that particular batch

Batch processing issues happen. It's a fact of life for on line casinos especially US facing casinos. This may be your first experience with it; and yes it is frustrating, but if you continue to play on line it wont be the last time you have to deal with it.

This usually affects a lot of players and takes the casino some time to resolve. At least a week or more in my experience. Constantly harassing support and the rep every day wont make it go any faster and will only give you a bigger headache. Just check in every few days to see how things are progressing. Eventually a reputable casino like this will get it resolved and you will be paid.

i heard from lynn this morning and she told me that all checks have began to go out.

so i,m sure that is what is happening and i,m sure all the people who are waitting will get their checks next week.

getting mad won,t help any i,ve been thought this more then once. this is what happens every so often when you play on-line.

but they are a good casino so theres no need to worry.

Can't believe Chu is being challenged to a punch out He is one of the most mellow people here. Anyway maybe you bet the ponies -- legal in the US -- and not so much online casinos -- a severe no no in the US. Some groups pulled out of the US entirely and others stayed but have had to find creative ways to pay winners. So lately you have seen what most of us have dealt with for years.

Chuchu is a good egg and points out what needs to be said. I thought he was diplomatic. He is always a gentleman IMHO. I know you are upset but believe me you will be paid. Inetbet has given an honest and transparent answer to the current cashout situation; other less reputable casinos would be giving you the run around with creative excuses.

The tone of this thread reads so weird. Can't place my finger on why. Normally I can't stand new members with the type of attitude you have presented because as you put it you are new. Need a minute to chew what's in my mouth before you ask me if I want seconds. It's like being a guest in someones home, some things you just don't do on the first visit. But all that being said something is there that makes me almost like you. Meh maybe I'm just in a good mood this morning. I will say though if you consider anything said in this thread as possibly being "attacking" you're in for a very long ride
