    This site claims same day payout, but I submitted my payout and paperwork in the 15. Had it approved by the 18, and haven't received anything. Anyone else have this problem?

    I have been trying to reach their support for two days now without a reply and wonder if they reachable at all and if your issue was dealt with?

    No, it has not been dealt with. And it's not just this site. I won big at CW only to find out there is no way for me to get the money. So I ended up playing it all away. This is really frustrating, and puts a serious damper on my desire to play at these sites.

    I am sorry to hear that.
    I am just very frustrated about them not replying to Emails or not having Support around on a weekend. Its upsetting to me.
