Thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention and congrats on winning at iNetBet.

I've investigated the matter and spoke to the processor and it appears what can only be technically described as a chair to keyboard interface error. We sent the batch of check to our processing bank at which point it seems that when put through the system a name was missed out on the data which put out of sync the players and the amount of their checks.

It appears you got one players $300 and they got your $769 check. Surprising to say, we've not heard from that player!
We will get this rectified for you ASAP and send out a check for the outstanding amount. Our cashier team will be in touch with you regarding this.

In regards to withdrawal methods, if you deposit via a Credit Card, we can only process a withdrawal via Check or Bank Wire, due to regulations imposed on us by our processing in regards to money laundering regulations. If you are looking to have your withdrawals via Crypto, I would advise you to deposit in this matter, this way is a much more efficient manner of depositing and withdrawing at the casino.

I can hand on heart say we do not get a Credit Card deposit instantly in fact it takes us many weeks to receive that money.

There was no "delay tactic" here regarding your withdrawal, the issue was down to an inputting error. Your withdrawal for check was approved on January 24th and you received your check on the next day January 25th (unfortunately not for the correct amount.)

But as stated in my previous post, we will rectify this ASAP for you and it is now with our cashier/finance team as we weren't aware of this error until mentioned.

In regards to other casinos processing methods I cannot comment as I only know about our own and would not comment on how others operate.

I find it extremely easy using a credit card to deposit as well. Crypto is not as easy

Sorry to hear about your experience with Inetbet. That's definitely not cool to send you a check that's short of your winnings. Sounds like they need to get their sh*t together!
In terms of their withdrawal options, it does suck that you can only withdraw via check. It's not the most convenient option, especially in this day and age.
