iNetBet question/advice

I got a little manager bonus this month and managed to win a bit, I had to contact them to find out if I'd made playthrough. Took them awhile to get back to me (weekend I suppose) but by that point I'd already assumed I had made playthrough. So Friday I cashed out the $50 max and then there was still $35 or something in my account. Just left it assuming they'd take it back. Saturday I logged in and see that my balance is now $40-something, I won $6 in a tourney. So I did a few spins just because I was bored and then I just left it.

So today I logged in and the WD hasn't been processed and the $30-something is still sitting there in my account, so I decide to just play it to get rid of it. But I picked the wrong game and won and now my balance is at $200! So I know I can't cash it out, but should I play it and collect comps or am I not allowed to? Should I just leave it alone and wait for them to deal with it?

Also, iNetBet used to process withdrawals on weekends, didn't they?

Oops, don't play anymore. Comppoints from ND-bonuses isn't counting if there are too much of them so no need to push your luck. Contact them instead and wait for a reply.
You should have been paid already. If they hold your playing after against you, we will all scream loud in here, I promise you that

There's no max cashout on comps, but manager's bonuses there are.

Yeah it seems slow for a WD from iNetBet, they're usually less than 24hours, sometimes less than 12. But I made the WD on Friday 6:45 pm and it's still sitting there, and the excess is still in my account. Not only that, but they deposited winnings from a tourney on top of the excess from my manager bonus, so I don't know if I'd have been able to cash on on the tourney winning too?

The whole thing is a little messed up actually. I'll just wait and let them sort it out.

Just a quick correction.....the managers bonus has a 10x max cashout.

A few questions if anyone can help.

Apparantley you have to download a form, print it out, write down name,adress and banking options. I do however only use neteller should I write down my neteller account ID. My neteller id i can write down but do I have to write down my neteller scure id also?

I really hate those download,print,write,scan and send it back to us. Would be easier just to send a bill and ID card...

It should be enough if you write the emailadress you use for your Neteller account. Never ever your secure Id. That's your secret.

FWIW I just wanted to clarify that I shot a PM to the rep and iNetBet does still process withdrawals on the weekend - it just happened that the weekend I was trying to withdraw there was an issue with Moneybookers and the person who could do anything about it was out sick. But any normal weekend it would have been fine.
