I have been following this thread ever since i saw the OP's first post but i didn't post as i know absolutely nothing about these slots but i wanted to know why would a complaint take so long to resolve ?
I would of thought they would of wanted to get this resolved and sorted quickly as possible for their reputation.

The thread has been active since 4/6. The rep looked at this thread a day or 2 later, and it took a private message to start looking into it. They should have been looking into the day they viewed the thread.

If it was a Clubworld or Jackpot thread, the rep would be commenting on it within normally 24 hours.

This lackadasical approach by Inet is very unappetizing. I mentioned this above on a post. I know the community here is normally demanding answers, whether or not we play there, especially seeing they are accredited. I havent been posting as much in last few months, have we gone soft here?:what:

Inetbet used to be very proactive. Have they changed owners or something?

I am also now starting to wonder where the response is ?? Maybe just maybe they are not sure how to reply. I know they suck at CS and are known for that but enough days have passed since this thread started. I doubt I will ever play Inet again (personal choice and nowt to do with this thread) so its not really going to effect me but I know many others do. And being accredited here I personally feel they should have responded in some way to this thread by now. But if there Forum participation goes the same way there "selective" none live chat based CS is then maybe dont hold ya breath. Hope for the OPs sake I am wrong on this one and for others who do play Inet such as our America cousins who are exiled from almost all EU based casinos.

Inetbet is not responsive these days and a far cry from years ago when they took players' complaints with care. Actually, they only need to adopt the RTG software in disallowing excluded coupon games and everything will be ok in future. Why they continually fail to do so is anybody's guess. I recall Bryan saying he will take it up with Inetbet but the issue wasnt followed up on.

Just Pmed with Emily the rep on the forum. She apologized for the delay and said they contacted the software supplier RTG for confirmation :)

"It seems that when a recent upgrade was made some games unbeknown to us were placed in the wrong categories by RTG, whilst we are certain that this was not the case with Double Ya Luck in the US Dollar, it was however in our sister site iNetBet Euro.
As I note a poster also referred to Santastic, this is another Game that was placed in the wrong section.
So this being the case we have added back your funds to your Casino account as there is too much ambiguity to enforce this term."

Got my money :) At least in the cashier. I'll withdraw now and will send an update when i got the money in my neteller.

Great news

Well done Inetbet because it's a difficult thing to both claim that nothing wrong was done by you, but still give the player what was rightly owed to him :D

I won't question anything more in this case. I'm just happy if the player is paid.

I don't believe for one minute that RTG control their site, they put it there themselves and are just trying to pass the blame instead of taking responsibility.

I am glad the OP got his money but without this thread and the screenshots provided I don't think he would have had a chance.

Are they going to check how many other players bonuses were forfeited because of this and reinstate those? I think we know the answer to that.

Glad to see the player paid, but not sure if I can say well done in the way they handled this. For all we know they could have reluctantly done such because of the pressure of this thread.

I wanted to see them jumping on the thread and commenting on it from the beginning.

Yes I am with you. I am sure they have the ability to move the games around, but even more so they can set up all the terms of the coupons.

And yes indeed I would be curious to see how many people have lost out because they didn't fight for it or didn't have a resource like CM.

RTG doesn't control their site, that's why their web site in both web archive of 22.3.2015 and Google Cache of 14.3.2015 show Double Ya Luck in Real Series Slots.

Web archive also shows that Santastic! has been in Real Series Slots since Christmas 2013, a year and 4 months, but that recent screenshot of inetbet.eu download casino had it in classic slots.

I'd say it is more likely that recent RTG update messed up something in download casino, than that Inetbet had Santastic! in wrong section for 16 months in their download casino, and no one complained over their forfeited winnings.

Thanks for finding that out

Inetbet maybe isn't the most popular casino here. Some don't think they have the best support, the best bonuses or their rules hidden.
But so far I have never thought or seen that they delibrately have tried to deny someone their winnings, or been unfair.

It's one thing if we don't like a casino, but I don't think it's fair to keep judge them badly when they are doing something good, like solving this issue the way we wanted it to be solved.
So I still say well done Inetbet!

I only play here as only proper RTG for uk players? They lack livechat support which is really bad, but to be honest I have always had quick and good help in responses at Inetbet Euro?

Might be that it is the other Inetbet which is really bad or? Even Tom has helped me in past with withdrawals and they have always paid me fast (paid me fast without Tom of course I should had worded better)

I am happy about resolution here from Inetbet as really worried they were gonna refuse to play and make excuse up.

I know I am affiliate but lost track of all these changes around UK gambling law. I think I need to have look at KK' sites HEHE in look of a nice RTG casino I can trust 100% for future. But I do like some of the offers Inetbet Euro gives me

Only thing I know is that CWC has let UK down. But all my accounts with them are still open? BUT do they actually have UK license now?? I have contacted CWC with no luck or answers. Very dissapointed as had VIP with Hignoon Casino and Alladins Casino

Then also other places i used to play a lot SlotoCash and Dessert Casino(Uptown Aces) and was VIP I got really disappointed with as they just emailed sorry UK can not get any bonuses anymore or freebies. So I emailed them what is the point for me playing here and have you actually got UK license....... No reply from them in this either despite they said would escalate to higher up management.

Oh just spotted error on your site KK. You listed Uptown Aces as (SlotoCash -former-) but it is the old Desssert Night Casino RTG. Just though would let you know ;)

This appears to be an entirely textbook way to resolve an issue.

Glad to see the player paid, but not sure if I can say well done in the way they handled this. For all we know they could have reluctantly done such because of the pressure of this thread.

That may be a tad beside the point. Whatever their reasoning, this was a professional and considered resolution.

This was not professional by a long shot. they tried to wiggle out of this from the beginning, moving games from one section to another to try and back up their argument etc. claiming that RTG moved the games in the first place and not them, as if they don't have control over their own website.

If it wasn't for Favoplayer getting the screenshots from a sister site and the pressure from here this would not have been resolved so there was nothing professional about it at all, it was bordering on rogue and at times crossed the line.

And any textbook that recommended doing things this way needs to be re-written.

You don't know that. They claimed that the game never had been in the wrong place and Finn proved them right with his search.
If RTG had messed with something they were probably not aware of it.

It was also just a matter of days before it got solved and I can't see that it could have been solved in a better way.

I can tell you really don't like them, and I don't either, but I can not see them doing anything wrong here.

If RTG had originally messed up and put the games in the wrong section, then fair enough for the original refusal of the bonus, but once they found the game in the wrong place they moved it, still didn't acknowledge it, and still refused the bonus, if they had paid at this point then it would have been professional by admitting their mistake.

Terse 4 word replies from support 'That's a different Casino' certainly isn't professional either especially when those screenshots are probably what made them decide to pay.

Then they only pay because of the 'Ambiguity', they just can't admit they made a mistake so where is the professionalism?

Whether i like them or not is immaterial, they are being lauded and praised for something they were pressured into doing and not something they did off their own back.

This is what you and I don't know.
They are separate casinos. A screenie was posted from the eu version that the game was wrong placed there.
Finn showed with his findings that the com version have had the game in the right place. That is why I believe them.

We don't know what happened and since it's just speculation I refuse to judge.
They paid even though they didn't believe anything was wrong from their side, so that is what I am judging. They paid, end of story.

I won't defend them more now. I'm just repeating myself anyway :)
