I ask because I joined Friday AM and played 100 bucks or so, w/ding the same after an hour. When I downloaded the casino ALL the SUB offers had expired 02/Jan so I played cash only, it wouldn't take any codes in the cashier.
OK, w/d at quits presumably to my Neteller I deposited with, and 12 hours ago got an e-mail to fill in a fax back form and supply phioto ID. This was despite it saying on their verification information page that if you use pre-verified webwallets you probably won't be asked to fill faxback in. I sent it back with photo ID 2 hours later, asking for confirmation of receipt and approval. Heard nothing since. PM'd their rep here too, no response. They, rare for an accredited outfit, have no live chat facility. No reply to e-mail as yet. According to CM they have a 12 hour reverse time and payout within 24 hours and weekends. No Neteller payment received yet. I know it is early, but do others have good experiences with them? CS is slow to say the least. And the promos were all out of date.
 
DON'T play there!

TERRIBLE customer service, they find every excuse in the book to not validate your documents and they won't tell you what info they need, or why they need certain info. I lost hundreds of $$$$ because of this. Worst nightmare ever dealing with a casino.


I know some on here are not going to like this post, but I stand up for the right thing and for people getting screwed.
 
Despite not having any means other than email to communicate with, Inetbet is generally pretty good with payments once verified. It is the weekend, I wouldn't count on your verification being completed before Monday I think. The do claim to not receive emails sometimes, and claim to send ones we never seem to receive.

The rep here is pretty responsive, but everyone has days off too. Did you print, sign and scan the faxback, then send as an email attachment? Even though it's called a faxback, fax is not the best means to send this. And if you signed it electronically, it won't be accepted, they want pen and ink.

They also have a facebook page, you might be able to get an answer there if you use the message service on facebook.

OK, maybe you should read the CM description of this 'accredited' site. It doesn't mention no live chat. It says 'yes' payments are processed at weekends. 24 hour cashouts it says. I got the verification e-mail at the weekend, today! I didn't sign it in pen, so no doubt that'll be a reason to delay matters longer. I'll print it off, sign it and resend it as an attachment. I've now given them an excuse to delay longer. For God's sake I thought webwallets would help alleviate this nonsense, but apparently not. I will avoid it once (if) I get paid. 15 hours and still no e-mail response is reason enough. No live chat rings alarm bells and simply points to drawn-out slow communications. Lesson learnt.
 
I will offer this since I mainly play RTG, even though my last session was not good I still rank intertops as #1 lately. It may be a standard couple of days for a withdrawal but the last few months they were paying pretty good. Not saying you are going to win;) but I had quite a few withdrawals the last few months.

I will give 1 good thing about inetbet, they release more info about random jackpots than any other casino I have seen which for the life of me I don't understand why rtg casino's won't release what bet they were won on and general info about them.
 
for me the number 1 choice for rtg i contact support with email several time and have reply in 30 minutes max 1 hour (i see in the reply that have avg that scan all email sometimes i think that the antivirus discard some email for error) .. for withdraw i have always the money in my ewallet the day after also saturday 1 time i remember.. lately i win nothing :mad: but not guilty of inetbet
 
One thing I do like about Inetbet, they don't seem to use their US processors for non-US players.

If is quite possible that you won't get a response saying you are verified, you might just find yourself paid without a response.

While I don't know if the security team works weekends, I do know payments are made on weekends, stat holidays, etc.

If you fail to get a response to an email, you can always try sending one with SECOND INQUIRY or the like in the subject. Many times emails are answered in minutes, sometimes in hours, and occasionally days, with them claiming not to receive prior ones.

Also, best place to check current promos is directly from their webpage... it's common for lobby links to be out of date. Also, their facebook page posts the latest codes, and there are sometimes special offers for facebook fans.

Almost all of Inetbet's bonuses are cashable, which is not that common for RTG.
 
Definitly my first choice of RTG too.
Never had any issue, not a single time in four years. That says a lot to me.
Always been paid fast and within 24hours, and always getting a fast reply if I have sent an email asking about something.

I don't like livechat anyway so for me it's the ideal;)

Even if you arent verified you will still get paid without any problems provided your cashout isnt huge relative to your deposits. Otherwise, when you hit something huge eg a random this will trigger the verification process. No worries on this though as its a mere formality and you will get paid without hassles in future.

Dont hold out any hope for them to embrace a live chat facility for players. This has been discussed in depth and they wont do it blaming players who inundate them with freebie requests. I beg to differ but that's only my opinion. Unless, you are very lucky expect your emails to them to get lost in transition whereas their emails to you (except the promos) are sometimes nowhere to be found.

If you post something detrimental to them in this forum or at facebook they dont like it and will return the favour by posting in the latter portraying you as a greedy person whereas in this forum they send you a pm titled 'your post'.

There are both lovers and haters of Inetbet and I belong to the second category because of the shoddy treatment I received from them. However, they do pay out quickly though they scrutinise every bit of your play and if there are any indications that bonus rules are violated its unlikely you will be given the benefit of the doubt and your winnings will be voided.

Some comfort here then, some don't trust them while other like you do.
I have just sent their support another e-mail, this time properly autographing the faxback form and telling them to ignore previous one which I digitally signed.
I'm sorry, but being a new player, them having out-of-date promos codes on their casino, no live chat, and slow/non-responsive CS is a big no-no for me personally.
I have contacted the rep, perhaps they have gone missing along with my e-mail replies....:D:D

As for Faecebook, what sort of operation are they running that a new player is advised to go THERE to get a proper code??

I didn't make a huge cashout, I think it was one dollar more than I deposited.
Wow. Neteller, AND a Dollar profit, that's worth a lot of verification hassle.............:what:
 
I've been a player at Inetbet almost as long as I've been a CM member. They do have their flaws, but I've not seen posts about non-payment unless bonus rules were broken (and there is always a games list in the cashier), and we don't see posts about payment delays either, unless it's been a communication breakdown, usually over documents. If you later use a credit card, you may find yourself with another faxback request.

I don't know who you use for emails, but I do think some providers block more than others, for instance, you can't use a hotmail one here for a PAB issue because of unrealiability.

I am not sure whether they lie or not. I have a bad ISP, I've been sent stuff I never received, and I have NO spam filters on at all. Just a couple of nights ago I was in livechat at a casino (obviously not Inetbet) and the rep sent me an email which never arrived. The one they sent a few minutes later did.

But for a company that is email only, I think they might need a better system. There has been more than one thread on this communication issue.
 
Well, I got up today and have received an e-mail saying my faxback/docs had been verified and that they would pay Neteller in 24 hours. In fact they paid my Neteller soon after so I have been paid OK. Still no answer about why the bonus codes were duff, so will probably not play there again. Still prefer live chat, as waiting times for e-mail replies can be open-ended and frustrating. I will say I think they are trustworthy, but a bit inefficient.:confused:

Yes, i wish they had live chat-but the certainty i feel when i withdraw; that my payment will be processed within 24 hours; (unless i have used a new payment method that has not been verified), more than makes up for the lack of chat.

Another reason why I like Inetbet is that I always know what to expect.
They don't offer those huge bonuses that comes with a high playthrough. No place for bonushunters.
They have their managerbonus each month, that are calculated in the same way for everyone.
Small free chips for new games, and always one for holidays and birthdays.

No need to beg for something there. Everyone knows what to expect and in my eyes that is fair ;)
 
As a long time player and one that has been with inetbet since they started they still rate as one of the better RTG's- Once verified (as you have to do with ALL casino's) payment time is quick- I have never waited more than 24hrs even on weekends and sometimes its within 12 hours- They are also pretty straight down the line and while they won't tolerate attempts at manipulations they will so there best for you if an honest error has been made and you have been a player for a while= the bonuses are small compared to many but the WR are very fair= they will bonus ban you if you win too much and are seen to be playing only bonuses.

Yes they do not have live chat but I have always had fast responses- having said that many of the operators on live chat at other rtgs give such appallingly stupid or plainly incorrect responses that I don't miss the live chat. CS is variable mostly good but not as good as it used to be and there is one particular CS who seems to have a lack of people skills! Congrats on winning there..I am sure they are a safe casino..But honestly, I have deposited there at least 30 times and never a cashout..That casino just does not like me...But happy for everyone else..:thumbsup:
 
I've also played at iNetBet for a long time and personally I wouldn't burn my bridges with them over a first withdrawal. The first withdrawal with almost any casino is a bit of a hassle, but now that your docs are approved, your next withdrawal should go smoothly. And hopefully it will be for more than $1 more than your deposit! :thumbsup:

Excellent post. I was going to say my bit but you covered it all lol.

Just about the RJs....did you know that some RTGs have grouped their slots into "pools" so that one RJ is shared across 4-8 slots? Effectively they build faster and supposedly go off more often, but I'm not sure that's the case. Also, I'm told the % contribution can be altered within a given range via RTG I.e. some operators might have a $1000 starting seed and a 1% jackpot contribution, where others will have a $5000 seed and a 2% contribution. The latter will have bigger jackpots that build faster, and because they do, players tend to gravitate towards these bigger pots and they end up growing to huge amounts....up to $100k I've seen at Rushmore years ago.

the pretty much only thing you cannot knock inetbet for is 99% payments , if youve sent in id & its all ok this casino pays without a doubt always less than 24 hrs, if you can sometimes switch off to there sometimes lack of understanding or support for a rtg casino you cant go wrong )
 
Well I normally don't take bonuses at RTG casinos so I rarely have to contact them. When I do have to send email I usually get a response fairly quickly, but I've had one or two times that I had to resend my mail.

Also I found that if you need to send a PM here, you might get a reply quicker if you send it to iNetBetPromos instead of to Emily, it seems they're around more frequently. Or you can find them on Facebook and message them that way, just if you want to double-check whether they received a mail or whatever.

One thing I'd like to mention is that it's smart to request a read receipt when sending mails with your docs to any casino. That way if they say they never got them and you have a receipt that they did, it gives you a leg to stand on. And if you CC them to yourself at the same time you can see if your email program has compressed them beyond legibility as well.
