Hi everyone,
As I know it is my first post I am simply coming to you requesting for help. I deposited tonight at inetbet and did not realize that i had claimed a deposit code before I deposited. I have no played anything, but want this deposit code removed so there are no restrictions applied. I have contacted INETBET on multiple occasions and have not heard back in 4 hours. I do not understand what is so difficult for them to simply remove a deposit code or even respond to my emails. Does anyone have any clue how to remove the stupid deposit code I claimed before my deposit?

Thanks for your help CM

My experience with them is that they are quite reasonable on such issues and since you havent commenced playing they will regard this as a mistake and remove the coupon, bonus and all associated requirements.Normally, 4 hours is nothing but since you are itching to play every minute counts.

Exactly, spot on my friend! Last night I had all my docs ect verified, well it came time to deposit and I won....Outstanding right? Not so much...They did not upload it into the system apparently and it was denied and they took over 24 hours to respond hence I Lost it all :(

What has happened to customer service?!

Give it another couple hours. If no response, forward the message to them with SECOND REQUEST (all caps) behind your subject line. Works every time for me.

re

It is simple, they let you wait and hope you make a few bets, then you bound to the pt. Inetbet claims to have great support but it is seriously lacking and they dont care that players want better support. I'd suggest you look elsewhere as games at Inetbet are extremly tight.

There is an 8 hour window where they do not have support working.

You will receive a reply soon.

I think 4 hours is too soon to be posting complaints.

.....based on?? The fact you didn't win?

Suggesting to others to stay way just because YOU haven't cashed out etc is unreasonable.

If I listened to everyone who said "xxx casino is tight" I wouldn't have anywhere left to play.

Maybe you could ask the casino for your personal RTP and post it?

I dont really follow you. My understanding is you claimed a coupon and subsequently forgot it when you made a deposit. You noticed there were wrs attached and since you hadnt started playing you emailed support to remove the coupon but they didnt respond even after 4 hours. So what's with the 24-hour non-response you stated above. Can you kindly clarify?

You are now trying to blame the casino because you played back the money you won instead of letting it sit until you could get it striaghtened out? Then you picked a bonus and made a deposit, but decided you didn't want to play with a bonus afterall? Have you tried to contact the casino rep here?
'
I'm really confused by your first and third posts. If you were so unhappy with their response time why did you deposit again instead of playing at a different casino?

I've seen a couple people complain that emails go unanswered - I contacted iNetBet support this morning and got a response within a couple of minutes.
I'm wondering if it's possible that some email addresses get blocked by iNetBet's servers? If that's the case maybe you could try using the web form here: Old / Expired Link

4 hours is nothing, for a very simple support question ?
WOW, I'm glad I'm not in the US of A

Club World has a worse record for email response than iNetbet

4 hours is too long for an important question, but I think Club World is the record holder. Their cashier simply never, ever, has responded to me and email support responds about 75% of the time.
Prejudiced as to what country you are from simply does not apply here. Payout problems are a different issue. If these accredited casinos cannot or will not respond to customer issues in a timely manner, IMO, they should not remain on the accredited list. Frankly, I think Bryan should kick CWG off the accredited list, but, hey, that's my lone opinion and I'm entitled to it. By his own standards they do no longer meet the criteria for being accredited.

I agree with most of your post.
The country thing simply meant, not being in the states gives me the choice, to not put my money into joints, that don't give a rats arse.

The problem is that inetbet take a "head in the sand" approach to this long standing problem. They genuinely believe there are NO issues with their email-only support, and that it works "perfectly" and problems are due to players having unreasonable expectations. They also like to boast that emails receive a response "within the hour" and that "all emails are responded to". However, if support is NOT 24/7, but takes this 8 hour break overnight, this 8 hours is NOT "overnight" everywhere in the world. Since they are in the UK, our overnight is PEAK TIME for US players, being later in the evening, kids in bed, crap on telly (well, it's the US:rolleyes:), so time to play. Naturally, at the end of the evening you do NOT want to have to wait hours for a response and play the next day, else you would have deposited the next day.

If the iNetBet server is blocking emails, this is incompetence on their part. They have the email addresses for their players, and they should be using this list to "whitelist" all emails coming in from their players. Since they don't even send a confirmation of receipt, players can have no way of knowing whether their email is through, but in a support queue, or has failed to make it.

If simply being aggressive and "shouting" SECOND REQUEST in the subject line is all it takes to get them to respond faster, it suggests that more passive emails are being scanned, and then deliberately ignored or put to one side for later. It seems the more aggressive player gets the faster response. This is NOT a good idea, as this will steadily crank up the average level of aggression among players who figure this out, and CS will increasingly be faced with rude and aggressive emails which are sent in order to get them to pay attention because perceived wisdom is that if you are polite, you can wait a bit longer (or forever:rolleyes:).

Contacting the rep is no substitute for 24/7 support. The rep is likely to take at least 24 hours to deal with a problem as they are not on 24/7 inbox watch like CS are supposed to be.

The only good points with iNetBet are fast payments and cashable boni (unusual for RTG).

The webform is always worth a try, even if just to follow up an unanswered email.

Sorry but InetBet is the Best RTG Casino on this Planet .

So far the best I've ever played where, fast Payouts and a great Service . Answers on my Questions within max. 15 Minutes.. any time.

What you would like more as a player? Sure Problems can exist anywhere, i have enough at Online Casinos, but InetBet it has solved best. All other RTG has a pending Time from 24 h - 48 h or more..

I love and recommend this.

You can cancel the bonus by clicking on "coupon details" tab in the cashier page and then click "cancel coupon".

You do not have to claim the bonus code before you deposit as long as you haven't played you should have still been able to claim the bonus. If it hasn't expired, try to claim it again in the cashier.

"triple play is running from thurs to sun. and you can definately claim the 50% code unless you have already started to play your deposit.

The OP is saying they want to have a bonus REMOVED before playing. They'd claimed the bonus before but hadn't deposited and then forgot about it, then when they deposited the bonus became active. If they start to play, they're pretty well stuck with playthrough and terms of the bonus.

yes I noticed that.......

You are correct and that is why I advised how to cancel the "coupon" by clicking on "coupon details".

I believe the option to cancel is ONLY available before a deposit has been made. In this instance this wasnt the case and for my 2 cents worth, its an issue support should have been able to rectify within MINUTES! If this had happened ay 32 Red do you realy think you would still be sitting there 4 hours later with this problem? We all know the answer. Good customer support is extremely important. In this area Inet was, is and always has been extremely poor.

I fully agree, and seriously, should this not be a reason to remove Inetbet from the accredited list?

Hi All,

As an update I have received no PM as of yet.
However I have managed to locate an account which I believe is that of the OP.

We checked and all emails were replied to. The coupon was removed from their account as requested.

We received another email a few hours back and the client was told that the coupon had been removed some 5 hours prior. It seems they had not checked their account.

The player asked for a coupon to be removed and this has been implemented. I can't really see what more is to be done here.

Best Regards
