Bonus Complaint Inetbet No Deposit Bonus Funds removed

I used a no deposit bonus for Inetbet.com and after I had finished the wagering I requested a payout for about 20$:

Look at this:
We're sorry, but your NETeller payout request of $ 20.00 USD has been declined.
Payout Comments: Sorry but this free chip is for depositing players only.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.


Then I asked the support for that and I found out that my funds were totally removed. Great isnt it ? I ' ve never experienced that my whole bonus founds were removed because I didnt deposit. I know it from other casinos that you get a message like ' You have to deposit to cashout your bonus funds.. ' but on Inetbet the funds are gone and I have no chance to get these anymore.

Why I get this information after the payout request and not before ?:mad:
 
Simple to answer. You need to read their rules first.
All of their rules, not just the specific bonus rules. They are in different places but you can find them if you search.

Do the same everywhere before you use any bonuses and you'll be fine.

Have you attempted to contact their rep.? When you register at Casinomeister there are instructions you are supposed to read and follow concerning posting complaints here. Follow those instructions and you will see if anything can be done.
 
It depends on where you got the free chip from. They have a free chip on their website for new players who first open an account. If that's the one you used then you should contact the rep and clarify it.

If it was one of the Christmas or New Years freebies or special Facebook coupons, those are only for recent depositing players and the terms are usually on the same page right under the coupon.

Free monies and Freerolls can only be claimed by players who have deposited and played for real money in the last 60 days. Should the coupon be claimed without this being the case no cashout will be permitted.

If it was one of those, depositing after claiming a coupon you're not eligible for won't make a difference.
