inetbet just another rtg scam????

Well after weeks of waiting and numerous unanswered emails i decided to post.It is a normal story if this was any other rtg casino but from i net i must say i am very surprised.I have been waiting for a cheque for weeks and got an email the other day finally with a courier company and a tracking number so i went to the companys web site(no link provided in the email from inet)and go figure trackin or way bill number does not exist,so i took it one step further and phoned the said company and what do ya know no package and no recognition of the company even.I really have to scratch my head on this one as inet has been rather good over the years but the increasingly tight game play and now this crap it makes you wonder what is happening in this world if inet goes bunk.Maybe it is just me but after they promise to get back to you within minutes at the longest 12 hours and yet 9 emails have gone unresponded to it looks like inet is going down the same road as other rtg's i.e cirrus,hampton and others.All i can say is unreal and i hope 1 day these casino's get what is coming to them(maybe a angry crazed postman incident at there office).Peace
 
why dont you have an online method to be paid with?? NETELLER for instance....then youi wouldnt have this problem..!!

i used to use neteller but i switched to moneybookers and personally i like the cheque method as i always play bellerock and other book sites (pinnacle and playersonly)and have never had a problem and as for not having a problem it shouldn't be a problem in the first place.....should it?

I can assure you that the tracking number that has been provided to you is correct. I have in fact checked this myself and there are no problems.

As you know we process all withdrawals as fast as possible. All of your previous withdrawals to NETeller were processed within 1 to 24 hours as per our pay schedule.
I am sorry that there have been some problems getting your $125 to you via your preferred payment option. We do state on our website and in previous emails to you that checks do take between 7-10 working days on average to reach their required destination. (It has been 11 working days including today).
I am afraid that when working with outside couriers (as we do) delays do sometimes occur.

I believe that our support team have tried to get this resolved for you as best we can. This obviously was not satisfactory for you and you felt the need to publicly express your views.

In response to your claim that 9 emails were not answered I can state this is categorically not the case. The first email that we received from you was last night. This was sent in from an unregistered email account in a different name and with no reference to any account we have on record, its content was I am afraid not printable on a public board. A few hours later we received another, how shall I put it, uncomplimentary and abusive email. In this it was stated that not only a chargeback would be made but also that you would be smearing our name on boards, reporting us for fraudulent activity etc the list goes on.

Had these mails been after a long protracted conversation with us I could possibly understand, however this was not the case, last nights mail was the first contact and for which we were not able to reply.

If you have any grievance then may I suggest that the correct contact and account information is sent in when contacting our support department. Although they are very well versed in dealing with players queries it is very difficult to reply when no contact or account information matches the ones we have on record.

As I say the tracking information that we had provided for you is correct and the Check is on its way to you as we speak.

I hope that this answers any concerns that you may have had given your posts above. If you have any more problems please contact our support team. Please remember to use the correct contact information.

Your emails were extremely rude, threatening and abusive and I generally find that being polite is the best way to get any problems that may exist rectified. Perhaps that is my prerogative and other may find a different approach works better!

if you would reply to the first 8 emails maybe you would not get abusive language as you stated in your defense some of what you said was true but other things were outright lies and for this you should be deemed as a somewhat shady sight.As it would have it 10 minutes after i posted my first response i had a free chip in my email which i played and lost:rolleyes: (surprise surprise)knowing how tight your gameplay has gotten.I just wonder, i have been a good customer of yours for a while, i wonder how you treat your new customers.Or maybe it is just a ploy real em in and then suck em dry.....hmmm like other rtg casino's.As i stated; with me inet you dropped the ball and with many many other gaming sites on the web i wouldn't think you will ever see a nickel from me again,but hey i am not a new fish and there a plenty more of me every day to suck dry and tighten up your games with.Peace
 
Shame it has come to bashing this casino in this forum instead of PAB, if indeed it was a true PAB.

I for one, play at INETBET and have not had the good fortune to make a withdrawal as of yet, but my playing time is very satisfactory for the deposits I make. And that is what most gamblers want. Entertainment in long stretches and a big bang for the buck. (Withdrawing would actually be a nice bonus too, tho :p )

Anyone with common sense and a casino account, would know you cannot e-mail customer support from an e-mail account that is not yours, if you don't give any information IN THE E_MAIL as to just what you are inquiring to..such as account, name and real e-mail address, etc, etc. and expect a response.

So instead of calling them by phone, or using your own e-mail account (with information for them to understand your inquiry) to contact them, you come here and get very rude with them. Not a good thing IMHO. Especially afer they have been "GOOD" to you for all these YEARS as you stated.

Might be time to take up another hobby, you think?:lolup:

While I would certainly discourage EVERY player from ever getting abusive (as luck would have it, the posting above), in my own personal experience with iNetBet several months ago, I seem to recall one of their support members being VERY rude with me. Being "polite" would have kept me around.

FYI : I made a withdrawal of $1000 yesterday evening and this morning it was on my Neteller account.I think faster is almost not possible.:thumbsup:

I dont think it's right for you to state the amount owed to this person. It's makes it seems like they are getting on your nerves over a misely $125.

Inetbet is one of the last reputable RTG casinos around, I know I have played probably all of them. I stick by Inet because I am loyal to them, even if the slots seem a bit tight right now. I don't think they have a switch for that.
But you have shown me that I would hate to be sitting next to you in a land casino and have you go off, because you lost or the rep didn't get to you in time with your win payout. Lordy, get some help for your anger. I have had to wait for checks from Starluck,Platinum Play,AusVegas and you know what they always showed up and sometimes it was like 2 weeks, but I did get them. So take a chill pill. OLE BUDDY. :(
