And, for what it is worth, we are talking about approximately $130 dollars here (I got lucky when grinding off another portion of my WR).Yet its not even about the money, as far as I'm concerned. Its about the fact that support has been abrasive, just as another poster above pointed out. Its been about the fact that they confiscated my funds - twice. And its about the fact that I've broken no Terms, violated no rules, was even told that "everything was fine", and now have my account locked.

Again, if you want to ensure you don't have such an abrasive experience - just take your money somewhere else.

So, you didn't actually clear the total WR? But are still trying to make a withdrawal?

My whole point with this is that the signatures I sent in DID match. I was aware of this and this is why I asked support exactly what more was needed.

"The signature is different because I just don't give a shit enough to produce a good signature for you assholes.

So, now you are saying this is a falsehood? You DID actually send in 2 matching signatures?

We have asked the Accounts Team to check over your documentation again, they will approve your documentation in due course.

This means they are still looking over it, NOT that they HAVE approved it...

I noticed in your profile you're a student, be thankful you didn't try this at Club World...

This is where the whole thing started. This is also something that would have been looked at during the PAB, but all the diversions only served to minimise this, and served the casino a great PAB defense on a plate.

We still haven't heard an opinion on these signatures from CM. If both Bryan & Max also think they are different, it ISN'T just a case of the casino staff being "a********" as you stated in two emails.

If you DID think the signatures were the same, why do you contradict this in this extract from one of your emails:-

I didn't think this was a laughing matter given your exchanges with CS and CM.

It was "grand standing" for dramatic effect, and it fell flat on it's proverbial face, achieving the complete opposite to what was intended.

What you write here is all well and good, but it dosen't excuse the fact that the casino told me explcitly that my documentation will be approved.

So, you didn't actually clear the total WR? But are still trying to make a withdrawal?

As I said before, according to the casino's cashier page, I did complete the WR.

When I was informed that I need to wager more, I proceeded to do so until my account was locked.

I added a poll to this thread - I would like to know what members of the community think. Thanks for your input.

You might not like the result.

Bear in mind that you didn't complete the WR in several months, even whilst your account was open. You also insulted their CS twice, once in general, and once to a specific member.

You should have also added "other" to the poll, as some might have wanted to vote "dragged out into the street & shot":D

I would also like the option "Made to send an apology to iNetBet CS before........" added to the poll.

Since you are this determined, how about you posting screenshots of the two signatures (not the rest of the documents) and ask for votes as to whether they are "different" or "the same".

I think dwindmil1’s reaction towards iNetBet was a natural one.
I had the same feelings towards iNetBet when I was new to online casinos.

I don’t agree with the abuse here, but the guy's not lying about iNetBet's support. If he went about it in a polite way he probably wouldn’t be in this situation. ;)

Let us count the ways.... 2. Playing Blackjack on a bonus
I don’t see your point here jod5413.

Then the wagering counter should have showed $4,000 left to wager...
Good point all4greed, the wager counter wasn’t keeping track as it should have. It's no wonder why OP thought he completed the wagering requirement.

dwindmil1 before I vote may I ask why you feel that the casino should; "liquidates the entire balance" to you? Seems to me you didn’t even complete the wagering requirement.

I added another option ;)

I have an issue with this additional option, Casinomeister.

If you'll notice, I made a good effort to insert options which are as unbiased and objective as possible, in order to obtain poll results that are not skewed.

The fourth option you have just inserted not only distorts all objectivity of the poll, but is also malicious and false.

If you have a serious suggestion of a way that the poll options can be more objectively worded, I am certainly open to hearing it.

However, the edit you made to the poll options is both libelous and childish.

Sure, petro.

Its my personal opinion that my account should be reopened so that I may complete the (now increased) WR and withdrawal.

However, assuming the casino is unwilling to reopen my account, I wanted the poll options to account for the gamut of options the casino has.

I've tried the apology route, vinylweatherman, to no avail.

I just want to make one minor note to this, and its that according to the cashier page, I had already completed the WR. I was simply not given the opportunity to wager more due to a locked account.

Also, I have total confidence that if I were to put the two forms up everyone would vote that they were completed by the "same" individual, however I am reluctant to do so because, as I'm sure you can understand, I do not want my signature "floating around the internet" so openly.

I would be willing to submit the forms to CM, however, if he is open to objectively assessing their similarity.

That is a pretty safe assumption.

Can you make yourself clearer? :) What I was looking for was a solid point of why they should refund the full balance.

It would be ideal to calculate the percentage of the bonus that I had yet to clear, subtract that from the total balance, and to issue a cashout for that amount.

For example: Issue a cashout for $130 if I had completed 60% of the WR for a $50 dollar bonus, and had $150 in the account.

$100 in cash balance + $50 x 60% in percentage of cleared bonus balance = $130.

This analysis adds another layer of complexity to the matter, however. And I thought it would be best to keep the complexities to a minimum when putting out the poll options.

Perhaps, despite the complexity, it would be best to reword the first poll option to completely reflect this.

Personally, I don't feel you are entitled to anything. My original take was you were out to scam the casino for a measly $65, you were negligent in providing the required information, you DIDN'T complete the playthrough (even after Inetbet unlocked your account twice), and now you feel (after you have "abused" the host/staff and members of this site) you are owed $130. IF the casino DOES refund your deposit, take the money and take this as a learning experience.

You are NOT the only person who has ever had a problem dealing with ANY rude CSR. Do I condone this? Not for one minute, BUT in this instance, one case of rudeness does NOT mean it is right to return the act. You've thrown your little temper tantrum and now you've added a poll (which you probably WON'T like the outcome) and will probably send you into a new snit of accusing the site/members of being biased. You omitted the fact that you had done a chargeback. Was this signup bonus a no max cashout, fully cashable bonus? Do you really want members to continue posting their opinions?

Hmmmm, prolly better to keep it simple imo.

There is also the chance 'if' you were allowed to continue playing then you could go bust.

It seems more simple to me if you were just refunded your deposit. That's what I voted for.

I hope you don't feel scammed or anything.

But this doesn't mean you will get it as it's up to the good people at iNetBet what happens. I wish you luck dude!

To answer your last question first: Yes, I really do welcome opinions from all members.

People may vote for my deposit to be refunded, they might vote for it not to be, but honestly I don't mind what the outcome is, either way.

If people vote to punish somebody who has broken no Terms and who has been confiscated from financially that would be their own issue, and not mine. I wouldn't do something like that to someone else, and I know that in the long run I am better off because of it.

That was beautiful.

*sniff*

Can someone please pass the tissues?

Balance $150
CS are Assholes -$50
Sorry +$20
Luke is an asshole -$70

Result $50 - refund of deposit.

Malicious and false?

So you have not made a chargeback, and you did not call their customer service "assholes"? Think carefully before answering.

Libelous? Please explain to me how I have libeled your "user name". You were the one to bring this issue out in the open. The casino was in total agreement to allow you to continue wagering, and was waiting for your ID docs to be approved. No matter how much you twist this issue around, you are 110% at fault.
