    other small winnigs have paid.

    the biggest problem,no response from the casinosupport,i have written more then 10 times,no response!!!

    Many people have complained against this casino and many times it has been found to be the players fault that they were not paid. Posting a complaint like this in the forum will most likely go nowhere.

    If you want this looked at in the proper way you should follow the guidelines for dispute resolution for this site.

    Apparently you have already tried the regular support, next thing to do is contact the rep., Tom, here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/member.php?u=34220, I understand he has been quite helpful. Give him a little time to look into it for you and if you still don't feel satisfied you can file a PAB against them. Follow this link : http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/faq.php?faq=cmfaq_pab to learn about the PAB process and what is expected of you and, for the best possible result, make sure you follow all the rules laid out there.

    Many casinos will see a post in the forum and contact you and follow up on it automatically, INetBet will not.

    But the lack of live chat or phone support is very annoying.
    Also this is not the first time this casino has been mentioned because of the fact they don't respond to customer e-mails or very very slowly.
    I.m.h.o that is poor service and should be improved greatly.

    I play at Inetbet.eu sometimes,small deposits and haven't cashed out yet,so I can't tell how quickly that normally goes.
    I like to play their games and slots run smooth for me so no issues there.

    But c'mon guys,you have to agree that support could be much much better.

    For example if I have an issue with most casino's I play I can contact them instantly via phone or live chat,something every decent Customer Service team should have these days.

    I work in CS myself and I have contact with customer over the phone,via live chat and e-mails are normally answered within 24 hours (most of the times even within the same business day)... ^^

    Can you elaborate? They must have written to you at least once on why they don't pay you. In fact, once the pending period for the withdrawal is over they fire an email to you immediately stating why your withdrawal is denied so in this regard I seriously doubt whether you had not received any response.

    The guys have given you good advice, I'll only add that the primary thing you must do regarding a PAB is to read and respect the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

    Once you've filed your PAB I'll contact you and we will proceed.

    FYI, iNetBet issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.

    But they do treat players fairly, even if a lot slower than we would all like to see.

    I have not played with inetbet for a while.... just bothered me like many others here I see that it was just to long until you heard back from them when you had a inquiry, question, etc.

    but

    they do pay. I had many withdrawals back when I still deposited there and 1 out of 10 withdrawals took longer than the usual 24 hours but was resolved still faster than with other casinos. It only gets irretating when they ask you to update anything, such as the form you have to supply etc.... it can end up being a long process because it takes them forever... and a day.. to get back to you...
    but unless you used a coupon and didnt comply with the T and C.... they just dont not pay you for no reason.

    I know patience is a virtue.... one I dont have either... but in case of inetbet is there no point to freak and go crazy. Try the channels availalbe to you, Email, PM, leave a message for them on FB etc. eventually, and I know that eventually can be several days, they will get back to you.

    I read up on other threats with inetbet as topic and it tends to get crazy when inetbet is involved.
    I agree that they tend to take the complaints from their customers about long wait on replies and so on a bit
    relaxed for my taste, which was my reason to simply not deposit there anymore and go elsewhere, but when it comes to complaints about non-payment is my opinion still that they can be trusted.

    okay... just my thoughts on the topic ;)
