Hmmm all other RTG software is working fine... Not sure why inet is having issues a uninstall reinstall should have fixed it. Well I guess I will try another route.
The issue must be tied to my account as I logged onto instant play and same thing no reels

I have checked and there are no outstanding emails with support - you were also replied to on Facebook
Can you please send us over some screenshots of the issue as we are unsure what would be causing this problem you are having as we do not have any other reports of a problem.
Have you upgraded your flash player?
If the software opens but the games do not load or display - it may be an issue with this or the graphics card or software on your particular system - as you were playing fine a few hours back.
