Sorry if this has been covered before but I can't find it.

I just made a deposit into Inetbet using Okpay for $45.50 but I only got $40.75 into my account. With 100% bonus it only lasted about 20 mins. but that's besides the point.

Does Inetbet charge to make a deposit?

I've never seen this happen before at any other casino and I don't think I'm ever going to see it again because I'm not going to be depositing there anymore if this is their practice.

It cost me $58.99 to get $40.75.

That's odd - it works out to 10.5% off the top, which is pretty sucky. I'd be inclined to think that it's a fee charged by OKPay, I've never gotten charged for a deposit but don't use that method.

Maybe some of the people here who use it can tell you more. Did you ask support or the rep here?

Not yet, I probably won't, if they had a live chat option I would use that. I usually don't bother with phone calls unless I have a particular fondness for a place. If their rep wants to chime in it would be appreciated because I always like these things to be responded to in a public way.

PM one of the Inetbet reps and let them know about the thread if you want an answer BigJohn.

It's most likely the processor, I've never been overcharged by even a penny by Inetbet.

But Inetbet chooses the processor, but you choose to use them and I don't use OKpay myself and have not read their terms.

Well they advertise on OKPAY that it is no fee to make a payment to a merchant. So should be no fee, please let us know if you find out where the extra funds went.

Hi bigjohn,
Please PM me your account details and we can look into this for you.
It sounds to me as if the option you used to fund your OKPay account had a fee involved.
Usually there is no fee to make a deposit with monies from your OKPay account.
Best Regards

Thanks, I will do that.

Just tried, your inbox is full, won't take my message.

It did, basically, it cost me $58.99 to get $45.50 to spend. I know where that $13.49 went. After I transferred to iNetBet it had shrunk to $40.75. I don't know where that $4.75 went. On a different occasion when I tried to use the CC option it told me I failed their fraud check! I have NEVER been involved in any type of fraud whatsoever and my reputation for paying anything I owe is impeccable.

Yesterday at around 3:30 pm I got a PM from iNetBet asking me to go ahead and resend my PM to them with account details. I sent it right out and have heard nothing yet, so, we will see what happens.....

I got my reply today but in my eyes it didn't really clear up the discrepancy. Whenever I have used this method before whatever amount I enter into the casino cashier is the amount I end up with for playing.

Anyways, I'm satisfied that this is just the way it is.

I think I'm going to stick with the Jackpot Capital group as I have never even had any reason to contact support there.

On a side note, there was no explanation for why I failed their Fraud Check when I tried to use the Visa method to deposit.
